they lost the puddings? man... this is a grave situation
Almost worse than being stuck on an ocean planet!
NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
I salute you my man 🫡🫡 this lead to the ship crash
because the gun loved pudding and would have let them go
69th like and 5th comment
So use to the mega ships of 40k it’s so strange to see a spaceship so round.
Some of Those are literal ships that are churches, also yeah spaceship round
We actually have some very small hints at what the Crash Zone (or part of it) may have looked like before the Aurora crashed. Behind the aurora are some small Mesas containing lush dark green grass and various coral deposits scattered throughout. The layout of the mesas is unlike any other biome in the game, suggesting a vast green field with unique flora and fauna once inhabited the Crash Zone.
I love exploring the crash zone mesas. I do wish there were more of them
Is there any hint of why reapers were there or do we just have to speculate about them either living there or going after the crash?
@@Dan81848 most likely answers are:
1. The sounds of the crash and the other rumbles attract them since they hunt via echolocation
2. Their breeding ground was over there which would explain why we never see any reaper eggs in game; they are under the ship. Also makes it the perfect spot for the sea dragons to come up and get them, which they did. And now their tunnel upwards is blocked off
These are still speculations but they’re very likely and much of the community would use either of these explanations
@@paytonallen1027 I really like idea number 2 because it fits other areas like the sea dragons thanks
I love videos about the aurora, it has so much lore
There's plenty to learn! It's a little bit confusing finding out the correct order of the pre-game events as well, some of the info seems to conflict with each other
Slight correction: 4546b is actually the first planet in the system. 4546A refers to the system’s star.
didn't notice the end card that is such a sick artpiece
this guy should have at least 1m sub for how much hard work put in to these vids you guys should show this guy some more support honestly
missed oppertunity to mention the peeper space program...
Atleast I snuck the peepers into the background 😅
I'd love a video about the PDA/lore and data found inside of the Aurora. It's kind of sad when you read them/listen to them knowing that those people are gone.
He actually deserve more subscriber and more view this is quality content
Thanks KFC 🍗
You are the king of the sea
Thanks!
Just want you to know I hit the bell for all notifications.
Quality Subnautica content
Thanks Questioningbasics! I appreciate all the support :)
Finally a video on the Aurora! Felt like something was missing. I love this type of video, got any more of them coming? You made many already, perhaps about the Alien structures?
yay another video
(also, theres some pda logs from the scanner room and a room that is unnamed, that one that is unnamed only exists because the system detected a suspicious word which was "religious"
Here it is Soldier!
welp I guess we know their view on religion then!
Never tought that aThe Aurora will be in your vids. Keep going please every 2 weeks i wait paitiently for your videos to drop.
Another great video 🎉
Another great comment Ezplayz!
How are you not famous your videos are so good. Keep it up man.
Thank you Samstar, I'll keep grinding! 💪
Just a small correction, that those 85 people on board are actually people assigned to build the phase gate, which is the main reason Aurora was sent into space for.
When you look at the Aurora from the bottom or top, It looks a whole heck of a lot smaller then it normally does, usually you're seeing it from the sides, and it looks huge, but when you get the full scope, you realize, its not THAT huge, its still pretty big, but, really, especially after its blown up, its pretty small looking.
I may not be first anymore, but I will always watch your videos.
I always appreciate ya Warduxe!
I love the videos you make! They are educational about the games
Great video❤ keep it up
I do wonder why the Aurora came so close to 4546B in the first place.. would be cool to get some backstory on what mission it was on!
I believe it’s mission was to construct a new phase gate but had a secondary mission to find the deggasi
It was actually looking for Degasi survivors whilst on its way to build a phase gate further out in the galaxy :)
SPOILER WARNING!!!
Press click more to view spoilers:
VVVVVV
It was going near 4546B to create a Phasegate as it's primary mission but it's secondary mission was to potentially save the Degasi which crashed on 4546B and when they went closer the enforcement platform shot them down (There is more lore but I don't wanna have to spend an hour typing, just go to the Subnautica wiki and search stuff like the Degasi and the Aurora)
Oh yea right we do know stuff around it! Thanks for refresher on that!
Love the video!
They should make a short movie or a short game showing what is happening on earth during both the games
Love the vid! keep going
Thanks HardcoreMC! Appreciate the support :)
Maybe you can give you a little bit of hint of what the island used to look like where the Aurora crashed
Scary to think some of the crew stuck inside the Aurora where eaten by the cave crawlers and worst of all the life pods we don't find in the crater probably landed in the void...
underrated 🔥🔥
Sweet!
On 5:15 i noticed something. You say that the blood leechers and cave crawlers are what ate the people, however you forgot to mention that the reapers were also what the pda was mentioning.
Nice
Nice.
Thanks!
I didn't know this game had this much canon
4:18 that is probably because they are attracted to metal like sharks are
nice
Thanks!
Most of the life pods where either obliterated or, more likely shot into the void
I just realized. The are Cave Crawlers on the Aurua. They are land creatures that don't go into the water. Does this mean the Aurora Crashed landed on an island?
I got a question about how many enforcement cannons are there on 4546 B. As there must be more around the planet for coverage so the virus doesn't escape the planet.
Yummy human tissue
Degasi next?
technology really has advanced huh, just look at the detail and paint job in that aurora miniature, its almost as if the designers downsized a model of the aurora
5:55 That 1 person is actually Marguerit Maida, it says that there is Personnel unaccounted for: Non-Essential Systems Maintenance Chief Ryley Robinson
Marguerit was not part of the Aurora crew, she was a member of the Degasi crew :)
@@iAletho but the aurora doesn't know that, it just detects all human life signs within a long range.
@@iAletho Yes, but she was probably picked up on the long range
@@Someone-sc2hk marguerit wasn't confirmed as surviving until below zero released, so it's safe to assume this refers to Ryley
I came early 27 minutes but forgot to comment
Wonder how long it took to build the ship
I don't think we have that info yet unfortunately!
Do not delete the drive core room it looks a nightmare in there
I think the repers lived there before and most of the repers who live there die but some of them lived
Is the Aurora explosion time-based or does it happen after a certain objective?
It’s time based, the PDA periodically tells you about the degrading state of the aurora drive core and after a few days the ship explodes
@@CorrupToast that's interesting
𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗣𝗘𝗥 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗦 Really Messed Up The Aurora Crew's Chances Of Survival😭
Do you pronounce your channel name like al-eh-tho or al-Lee-tho? I’ve been dying to know
157 seems kind of little for how large the ship was
I don’t know if you have any interest in it or if it would make a good video but if you run out of Subnautica topics there’s always every machine in hzd or hfw lol
9:52 realy? For me aurora exploded at the begining or the middle of day 3 on every save file
If anybody wants to know how to delete it just I'll look back on here
What if planet 4546b real and reaper leviathan and ghost leviathan real
Hello
Hey! :D
5 minute gang
Lets go Tjboi!
*_I was not first.._*
Just being here is good enough for me OakleyDokaly!
Okay. So the real reson why the arura was on rute to the planet was beacous…brain coral. Think about it. A plant taht makes oxygen taht basiskt lets you breath in space

BRAIN CORAL
Correction: There is a large amount of reapers near the Aurora because Reapers are attracted to sound. The crash obviously wasn't quite.
There is no evidence to prove or disprove it :)
