The reason Brett doesn't always shame and recruit uruks is because he can't have anyone stronger than him, and the only way for him to get stronger is to complete mission objectives, and kill enemies. So with these choices in mind, the decision of who to recruit and who to kill comes down to how strong the enemy is for their level (which I can't really explain well), and (more importantly) how much Brett likes them.

If we're all watching Shadow of War I highly recommend checking out Best At Nothing's videos on the game. He has a whole series where he screws around, a 10/10 in my opinion.
when you shame them theres a chance theyll go deranged and go up in lvl and become tougher. you also have to track them down again to recruit a shamed orc which leaves you with another chance youll be ambushed. as for the ones he can recruit off the bat, brett tries to avoid filling his ranks with cannon fodder mostly so if they do poorly against him, how are they gonna handle his enemies. oh and you can only lvl up by killing orcs which is also how you usually get better gear as well.
YES! I LOVE THIS SERIES! Im so happy your doing more of it! I sincerely hope you continue to do so cause this is my favorite series ive seen you do by far! But yes as you gathered Brett is the messiah of "Talk shit get hit" and he never learns, and the few times he does becomes a hypocrite and becomes then "coward" he apparently hates seeing the orcs be. And yeah he's got weirdly high standards despite struggling so much at times xD And he'll throw out insults and just *wrong information* at times but damn if he isn't a funny bastard with incredible editing. I do hope youll continue to react to this series! Cause i think your the only one doing so on the entire platform!
