I would skip over volvo pos also. Especially when you see the cost difference when you need to pay for parts😂. I've had my experience with volvo and never again.
Yep. When I do get mine in the spring I am def getting one from GB. Just because that's where it started for me back on Oct 24, 2022. So I think it'd be cool for my trainer to see one of his pupils go IC after 18 months. Sorta full circle for me. Stay safe bro! Can't wait to start seeing "Ole Red" out on the road. But now I need to learn a new truck number 😂
So hopefully you may have seen my truck there which is going to be whatever I get there lol they're supposed to have a 2024 no mileage black standard one for me. Hopefully be rolling in there sometime in the next week or so. According to the information I received from SFI, all the new 24s even the non-premiums do come with a windows on both sides now.
Appreciate the content brother. Just joined Schneider bulk division. Does SFI spec tanker trucks 🤔 keep rolling brother. Congrats 🎈🍾🎉 on your new trucking purchase venture. 🙏🏽💪🏽
They don’t do it until you agree for everything. In the beginning it’s just a soft pull. It’s weekly payments. They will tell you all that in the beginning
A heads up to everyone thinking about getting there truck I've been driving for 34 years. I bought a brand new 18 cascadia. Paid for sitting in my yard . I had to work really hard to pay her off. I mis beach time at home I didn't really date. Ride my motorcycle. An work on my cars or fishing. Or ride my. Four-wheel. I commit to my truck I'm looking buying a sfi. Volvo 780. My 1 one box went out in my cascadia. I fixed it. If u not going to commit don't get it take up alot of time running a business u have to work harder than the company driver. Alot weeks u want have food. So be prepared save your money. Just a little class for new o p s.
@@wv8404 haha. I’ve been waiting long enough as it is. I delayed it cause I have something to take care of on the 27th before I go. I’m from South Texas
@AntonioDiaz-dd6jp noise wise I agree. As far as which one works better to keep the batteries charged the apu is better that EPU only last 10 hours and then you got to turn the truck on.
I just got a non premium 24. It has windows on both sides plus now it brings a much larger refrigerator
😲😲😲 lol that’s crazy! Welp that’s good for you then man. Congrats!
Another way to spot the premiums is the bumper and side skirts are the same color as the trucks. Non premiums are flat black/ dark grey
Very true.
Picking up my 21 cascadia in Charlotte on 10/2. I’ll see you out there man!
My boy is biased...open the doors for Freightliner but skipped over the Volvo. 😂
Lmfaoo my bad. I thought about it after
You notice that too😂😂😂

Nice man. Congrats. Honestly I’ve never seen a tanker lease truck lol. Only the company ones so I’m not to sure. Lmk how you like it!
@@LifeOfKO thanks for the response brother. If you get a chance ask your sfi rep Steve if one can spec a sfi tanker truck.
Like the video, question do Sfi do a hard credit pull, also can I walk away once I find out my monthly payments.

Doesn't have to be premium edition to have the windows just gotta order them that way
Yea I know. Here before the 24 they only had windows on the premiums here.
You call those EPU, I have one on my truck and I call a smart park system.
First time hearing that one lol
Like me walking in the western express truck yard lol
Was it an easy experience to turn your truck in?
Very easy. He said normally people just drop the trucks off in the parking lot and leave lol. Me personally I spoke with them and gave them the keys.
OK thank you
Sorry if uve already answered it, but does schneider finance the trucks to drivers themselves???
You can buy a used truck from Schneider but it’s not through them directly if you financing they have lenders they work with.
Is the load board down I can't log in
Every Saturday night for maintenance
First to comment now to the video 😅
🤣🤣✊🏽
Hey bro does SFI allow grill Gaurds on thier trucks?
Yes
@LifeOfKO Great thanks!! Last question. is that something you have to pay for yourself or does Schneider help you with that?
@blackshineism that’s on you. Unless you use your maintenance account once you get money in jt
So these are all lease-to-own?
Yes correct.

Did they charge you for Turing the truck in and terminating lease braaaa the YELLOW BUS tho hahah

Apu vs epu...
APU all day bud
Apu all day
Epu for me..Apus are way too loud, at least from my experience
