Good information. Thank you
Anytime!
I enjoy your video champ , kepp going
Thanks boss. Appreciate that.
Let's be clear on Used Truck Sales.
Whether it's Schneider, JB Hunt, Swift, or any other major carrier, there USED TRUCKS.
450K starts the process to sell off used equipment, and replace them with new tractors.
The rebuild, of a tractor with low milage, was the unit involved in a major wreck, for being sold as used?
Unless you have mechanical skills, or access to a particular shop or mechanic, there's not much of an extended warranty, unless you're willing to purchase one.
Major carriers trade after 450K is because they don't want to risk breakdowns that lead to lost revenue for being late.
After 450K there are rebuilds in suspensions, brakes, transmissions that will be needed to keep your truck running, not to forget the unexpected repairs that show up.
Be sure you read ALL THE FINE PRINT, on any extended warranty, and get your questions answered before you sign.
You don’t have to have that table little piece, sticking out after you let the table down because there is a button on the top of the table to slide it back in‼️👍🏾
Ooooo. I was wondering what that button was for. Good info
Another place to check out is Lone Mountain truck leasing and sales....
Yea they on my radar. Got a couple more places to check
@@LifeOfKOdo not go through those clowns..
What happened?
@@LifeOfKOLone Mountain has a lot of hidden fees they won’t tell you about until after you put money down. They use their own bank so you do not get any benefit on your credit from them.
The credit part I don’t mind. It’s the same with Sfi now. What kind of fees?
That kw was a 13 speed that’s what that red splitter for but you only shift 8 gears
Ooooo. Got cha. Been 8 years since I drove one lol. I forgot
Thanks for the video,
Anytime boss
I love the intro music man!
Thanks boss
If it has a warranty left on it, it may be fine. If you get it and have the money and before you take the first load, take it somewhere and get it looked over, and get the oil changed in the truck. Also, do it with the APU, take it to a ThermoKing
Most definitely. Thanks for the tips. I’m still shopping around. I’ll keep that in mind for whatever truck I get. Thanks boss!
Who instill APU ?
Thermoking
Great video G
Thanks boss
Awesome video!!!! Thanks for the info
Thanks boss
Nice video...
You might have a problem raising that bottom bunk up and down with a 40 inch TV in the way‼️👀
It’s got nicer drive tires on it than the other trucks‼️👍🏾
Another driver said they recaps on those trucks lol
@@LifeOfKOThey are recaps but they still nicer than the other ones you showed‼️👍🏾
From a company driver to schneider to owner operator i start with it . They are good trucks for sales
You was company driver at Schneider?
@LifeOfKO yeah , i start as owner op with Schneider too , it's to keep up with maintenance also
I’m on my way to pick my up are they really good trucks
The chrome is probably missing on the hood mirrors because the hood was likely replaced‼️👀
Damn. Didn’t think about that. Makes sense.
Wutup bro..... im in south haven, mi..... be safe my schniiiiiiider friend!!!
I’m in Alabama now. Passed through Mississippi earlier
Arrow Truck Sales got 2020's for about 80k i believe. I seen a few when I was looking
What location?
@@LifeOfKO They got a 2020 at the Cincinnati OH location. Similar grey like you got now with 360k on it
Thanks bro. I’ll look into them. I looked at one in Florida but that was a few years ago so I’ll give arrow another look.
Freightliner financial wants 30% down on a new truck (60k for 210k truck) which is basically the balloon payment. All Def trucks start having issues at 300k to 500k miles and it's the downtime that hurts. If you finance a new truck it costs the same monthly as it does weekly with SFI
That’s the thing. I don’t care about it being new. I’ll take a used truck. I can get a used truck around 300k miles for 80k which is still under warranty for 3 years so when that def problem happens it’s covered. Brand new trucks at freight liner are 180k my Sfi truck at the end is 236k. Big difference. You’re right about the def. It’s happened to all my trucks. My last truck at prime it happened at 300k and my truck before that it was around 450k when def pumps went out.
@@LifeOfKO bro I'll sell you my 08 Volvo for 8k and I'll go to SFI
No thanks. I want a truck that still has a warranty on it for a few years.
@LifeOfKO that bad thing about the warranty is waiting. Take 3 weeks to fix something that if you paid cash for woulda took 3 days.
Exactly. I already know how that goes. That’s what I don’t like about warranties
The drives are recaps. They look new but they’re recaps on junky rims. Been there done that.
Ouch. That’s trash lol
Yes I don’t know why schneider does that. They take off the nice aluminum rims and virgin tires and put trashy beat up rims and recap tires. And be careful they like to put steel rims on the inside drives as well. Good luck my friend
I’m not getting a truck from them. It was just a option. They want to much for a used truck.
Be careful my brother bought two from them nothing but trouble they know the right miles to get rid of it for when trouble starts not good
I ended up going a different route. I heard mixed things about them myself.
What does the "remaining manufacturer's warranty" cover? Do they give you maintenance records?
From the website it’s 6 years 600k mile warranty. I didn’t ask about the records but I’m sure they have them.
Kendall, you don’t have a optimize idle on your truck⁉️👀
Yes I do. I don’t like using it
@@LifeOfKO Wow, why not⁉️👀
@joefro9473 it’s a EPU on the newer trucks. Older trucks have apu
You just gone call the Paccar motor trash L0L‼️😂🤣🤣
Lol. That’s what I heard.
@@LifeOfKOOkay LOL‼️😂🤣🤣
Can you do another weekly pay? That would be awesome.
Like break down? I already do weekly numbers.
@@LifeOfKO Yes, please.
Thanks bro
When where you in Wilmer because wilmer is my home terminal
All weekend lol. I left this morning
Do you ever be at gary, in oc...
I’ve never been to that one. It’s in my list to stop there when I go up there again.
The 2020 Freightliner that got 400 something mile how much it cost
Not sure boss. Check their website
that's a 13 speed road ranger gearbox
Oh okay got Ch. appreciate that.
So is Wilmer a full facility? I am in Texas and never really considered Schneider because I always thought Houston was their only terminal in Texas.
EDIT: I have been looking online but there is zero info about their terminals , just that they have facilities.
Yes it’s a full terminal. Showers. Laundry. A truck shop. A lot of parking.
@@LifeOfKO that’s awesome. You have got to be the most responsive content creator I have come across. I really appreciate your effort. This information is going to change my plans for the better I think. Thanks man.
@KCTX87 thanks boss. Glad I could help. Be safe.
Where are they located?
I was in Wilmer Texas
Why didnt you lease the premium originally?
They wanted 10k down for it and it was a 3-6 month wait
Thanks...thats the one I will lease if I do it.
Yea that’s the best one. That lounge area is amazing!
Do they turn them back up.
The company trucks yes. The old Sfi trucks never get governed.
Not a bad price on the 2019 & below but if you finance a 2020 and above at that price smh smokin rocks.
Hell naw lol. I didn’t get that for that price.
Does Schneider use truck comes with bed
Yes unless it’s a daycab
Those retreads are not good
What year Truck do you have?
23
How is it running owner operator for Schneider?
So far so good for me boss
@LifeOfKO thats whats up. A rep supposed to be giving me a call tomorrow about hauling their freight.
It’s consistent money here that’s for sure. It’s not the 5-7$ a mile loads but you can make the bread here if you know how to run a load board and run your clock
Yuo guys have a financing program?
You’ll have to contact Schneider truck sales about that boss
Lol it's bring big check
Kendall, That one’s got a special place in your heart because it’s gray like yours lol‼️😂🤣
Lmfaoo that and the motor and lounge
@@LifeOfKOOkay LOL‼️😂🤣🤣
Used trucks look better with fresh painted wheels: ua-cam.com/video/3NVpBF1eRBg/v-deo.htmlsi=Gvo-3BDx24tgYXUz
Sfi it's better too
How so?
