      Hello, Chill the fresh cream in the refrigerator until it is time to prepare the ingredients and whip with an electric whisk. Whip on medium-low speed, and when the cream starts to set, turn to medium-high speed and whip until the desired stiffness reached. I used the nozzle 195, you can search and get the exact size.
