Nice well exlained... dear i have lost the low pressure and solenoid connection and pump connection of this filter... please will you make a separate video on these wire connections.
Hi Amir, I have received my unit already pre-assembled on the wiring connections. Can you please elaborate the problem and I maybe could help you out with that.
@@AmirKhan-nk3dx Hi Amir, thanks for the idea. Sure i can do that. But i have to do some research first and i am currently doing another video, so please give me some time.
Watched your video, it is really helpful, I purchased RP system without storage tank, so I think the yellow line (connection) is not needed and I just connect the 5th stage output to RO faucet , right sir ?
Leaks or popping out could be caused by overpressure or perhaps the materials used. In my videos, I am still using the same hose for the past 2 years and never had leaks or popping out nor replaced any.
Hi sir, thanks for the tutorial! Have some questions: 1. The RO we have has no flushing mechanism, would you know how we can help maintain po our unit? 2. Once plugged in po, does the water drain continue flowing? 3. Should the unit be constantly plugged to the power outlet or every when lang po dapat?
Hi Emmeline, do you mean your system does not have a flushing valve? In that case, you can do manual backflushing. Backflushing means you have to reverse the flow on the RO membrane. Try exchanging manually the hoses for the inlet and the waste water hose on the RO element and then plug in the power cord, and run the system throwing away the water produced for a few mins. Then, place back everything back to original after backflushing.
The system has an auto start and stop mechanism, so it should be plugged in constantly. Draining only happens when the pump is running, you should check the drain hose regularly, normal drain ratio is 1:2 (clean : waste)
You can check the efficiency of your system by using a TDS kit comparing water before and after RO filters. Available online. Or you can also add UV sterilizer on your system para sigurado. You can check my other video. I hope this helps. And oh, please dont forget to subscribe. :) salamat.
Jong, I have a question for you. Could you please help me connect the microcomputer to RO system? Where to connect the feed water solenoid valve and flush solenoid valve?
Hi Artur, what type of system do you have? Not sure if these have microcomputers, maybe do you mean pump? And mine dont have solenoid valves, just normal ball valves. But the flush valve is normally connected on the inlet and outlet sides of the restrictor valve in parallel if you have one.
Hi, thank you. The last stage is the Post Carbon filter, it helps the product water tastes better. You also have an option to add extra filters after the 5th stage such as mineralizer and alkaline filters and UV as well.
Hi dear !! Im interesting to buy RO System machine 6 step but i need to get advice if can work with input water of 7000 microsiemens to produce less than 500 microsiemens as output
Hi, well that is technically a bit dirty water. The RO can drop 7000 to 500 as it should be but your filters will have a shorter lifespan and needs to be replaced earlier. My recommendation is to add extra pre-filters before your main RO system, with atleast 1 washable mesh filter on first stage, it will save you a lot on maintenance.
Yes, you can use deep well water but the system wont run if your supply pipe is not pressurized. It can be solved by stocking water on a tank supplying to RO filter by gravity.
Hi, that is the flushing valve, you need to open it regularly for a few minutes to flush out and reduce impurities in your RO membrane, otherwise, efficiency will drop and be clogged faster.
What if there is no such thing as flushing valve, to flush once a month, the pipe that goes out o membrane to drainage has similar small cylinder but thats it. There is no pipe around that small cylinder. Maybe I should buy additional parts and create one?
Hi @VaidasJSP, that cylinder you mentioned is the flow restrictor valve. Its the one that controls or restrict the amount of the waste water discharged. Creating a bypass valve is a bit complicated with some additional parts, but it wont be a problem if your a handyman. But if not, I suggest that you just replace the drain hose with an extra plain hose when draining and return back the original drain hose with the restrictor. This is way more simple. Just be sure the system is off and no pressure when doing this.
No need, the pump has a pressure switch. It will stop if your system reaches 70 - 80 psi and it will also not start if your water supply pressure is below 10psi if i remembered correctly.
Hi @raulrojas8713, there might be some valves you forgot to open, or perhaps forgot to close waste water valve. Please check out my other video how to replace filters, below. ua-cam.com/video/XzgWwpmWzdg/v-deo.html
Hi, sorry for the late reply. I bought it at Lazada. Cant find the original link but here's the updated one. www.lazada.com.ph/products/5-stages-75-gpd-reverse-osmosis-residential-reverse-osmosis-complete-set-up-ready-to-install-easy-to-install-water-purifier-water-filter-i3137238186.html?spm=a2o4l.searchlistbrand.list.77.5f5e3ebeDy3hig
Please double check for correct hose line-up, just follow the diagram on my video. If all is correct and water is coming out of RO faucet then, the possible causes could be: tank valve is closed/blocked; or the theres a problem on your tank's bladder/diaphram. Please note that tank will take atleast an hour to charge.
Hi, sorry for the late reply. Can't really recommend any brand, most suppliers nowadays have their own brand but ironically comes from the same manufacturer. What I can recommend is to purchase it from a local physical store that offers a warranty, if not look for an online store with a good rating and with real and good product reviews.
Hi John, im sorry but I also just purchased this personal product online on my country. Im sure you have some online shopping platforms in your country. Or you can try at Aliexpress from China directly, or Amazon from US. Just try to check comments and testimonials of products first.
Hi, I bought the unit at Lazada. The store's name is H20 Restore, seller is highly recommemded with good reviews. Not advertising and no connections with them, just sharing.
Hi, the original water tank capacity is 3.2 ltrs, but I normally get 2.5 to 3 ltrs until pressure is out when power is off on my last test. So if you have a higher consumption, then it i highly recommend to add extra tank. Please check out my other video how. ua-cam.com/video/dONc8GzQhKY/v-deo.html
Hi, could be few reasons. But try to double check if hindi nagkabaliktad ng kabit yung waste water hose at yung clean water hose. Another cause could be a faulty restrictor valve or baka bukas yung bypass valve.

Yes, that's correct. And if your 5th stage inlet has a T-connector then replace the yellow hose with a plug.
I have a question in my experience every time I used in the past plastic piping it would eventually leak and pop out so I always use the flex hose ?

Close or control the bypass valve (if installed).
