I've been doing Jake's workouts for almost a month now at least 5 times a week and there's a noticable difference in my thighs and calves! I just can't believe how fast it worked

I love his energy and workouts. Please keep him. I’d love some more full body workouts from him. I do his 45 min workout 2-3 times a week. Please more Jake!!!
BEST guest trainer on this CHANNEL! I LOVE how i was totally DRIPPING sweat and my heart rate was high but without high intensity, crazy cardio moves. This is the most intense leg workout I've ever done. And all of the different moves+pulses make this workout FUN!
I loved this workout! As a person who went to the gym pre-lockdown 4-5 times a week, this gave me the leg and booty burn that I missed so much! If you really push yourself and try to keep up with him, I promise you will be D O N E

I used to be able to breeze through workouts, and I’m really struggling to get through this one without stopping every 30 seconds .. understandably it’s a difficult workout for the average person, but it’s really breaking my heart .. I can’t wait to come back to this when I’m in better shape, just to see how far I’ve come .. it’s hard not to get down on myself, but I’m definitely motivated to get back to my “in shape and eager to workout” self .. thank you for this video xx

As for everything consistency is the key and I have been doing this workout (and I hate to train my lower body) one or twice a week for a month now and I can surely already tell the difference!

Def felt it a lot in my quads and calves for first half, should I be feeling it more in my glutes too then? I def felt my glutes for ground pilates work at the end. And holy crap, I used ankle weights and a resistance band for some of these since I didn't have weights w/ me at the time and it def intensified the moves. Also slowed down to emphasize correct form and really focusing on strength. Thanks, Jake for challenging us and making this fun! XOXO
