Great session. I like Chris' comment that "its hard to find a bluff in his (Chris Price's) cold call range on that K-4-4 flop." Thanks guys really enjoy this format.. One suggestion.. it would be nice if the pace could be a bit quicker perhaps this could be done with video editing?? But that's not that big a deal, love this format and program. Nice job.
This dynamic is really cool. Chris represents more of the school super fundamentals and of course Matt has his incredibly in depth strat and their idea clashes are great to hear talked out!
I love their dynamic. What a great way to learn. Being able to discuss poker with one of the best players in the world, and having him be patient with you and respect your opinion wether or not he agrees. You can see that Chris and Matt’s relationship is not a Star/Fan relationship, it’s more mentor/student. Matt has to be really humble to not show arrogance when his student disagrees with something. This must really maximize Chris’s learning curve.
sinatra222 - may not be one of the best as in top 3, but clearly a solid and winning pro, and better than probably 98% of poker players. And to the point I made, he’s easily many levels ahead of his students.
The over sized 3 bet is what hurt Berkey. A smaller bet would have led to the 4 bet he was expecting before the flop. Otherwise great analysis. Very educational and entertaining.
Can someone please recommend any information on how one can begin their journey into studying with solvers? I have never used a solver program. I have no idea which one to even start with. Any information regarding this topic is a huge help, thanks!
Watch finding equilibrium on UA-cam, which uses PioSolver on high stakes poker and tournament hands. Note, however, that Solvers find an equilibrium strategy given that ALL players are playing an equilibrium strategy. Unless you are playing in the highest of high stakes games, players are not playing anything like an equilibrium strategy, which is why playing exploitatively against players who are c-betting too often, folding too often, check-raising only with flush draws and sets, and so on, makes much more money.
Chris K is great with the 🎤. Ran into Chris K at Wynn. Gave him a “Solve 4 Why” shoutout. Yes, we were the buzzed guys being loud as always. Lol. Chris K was a nice guy. Wish we had the time to battle. But had to move on.
Without a doubt, the best poker content online.
Amazing content as always.. I didn't realise McLovin was playing poker these days
"Can you believe you're still here?!" That was funny.

Straight Flizzy By what measure is Berkey "one of the best players in the world"? I've never seen him do anything but get owned in televised games.

The contrast between both of your opinions is great to watch.
I like Chris's commentary!
Great opening 😂
I really enjoyed this. Really great strategy and well explained, nice format as well.
Berkey’s thoughts at 35:00, landing in a spot where he knows V has value but thinking “How can I get creative and win this hand??” So relatable 😂😂
Matt ty for the breakdown of this video and the in depth thinking 🤔
Are they tolling Chris by putting the camera focus on Polamalu blanket behind him? 😂
Great job guys!
I love playing outside of "The Solver" concepts...

Sweet wak strat on the turn . Fabricating ranges
"I got the....I got the Magic". 😂

Chris k is great
Whenever Matt makes a better point= ok let’s move on. 😂😂😂. It’s hard to argue with his wealth of knowledge of the game though
