The rent is 30k per month , I think it’s reasonable because the apartment is very spacious & it has amenities like gym , swimming pool & a park ! ‘Bombay’ is the commercial capital of India so rents are very high , in some areas it’s 1 lakh to 2.5 lakh per month yes !
Vishal, you could have asked a few questions directly to Jordan as well. It seems he could have given us better insights about his experience as the key tenant.
Nice episode. Good and eye opening in understanding various localities watching your program Vishal. Would be nice to have a Google map overview with each locality at the end of each episode. This will help viewers, especially those not familiar with some of these localities to understand the precise location and therefore the relevance for their own purpose. Neeraj comes across as a very balanced and emphatetic person. Despite being a pet owner he gave two critical points / responsibilities that pet owners must do - pet training and cleaning up after your pet. If most pet owners did this there would be little opposition from societeies towrds pets in their premises. More power to you Vishal. All the very best!
30k rent in Thakur Village is very reasonable for 700 sq ft 2 BHK. The rentals in Kandivali have shot up due to redevelopment. 1 BHK usually is at 25k to 30k in Kandivali West.
It's not rent or place, its people, who makes difference in episode. Rent can be high or low depending upon area and amneties or project. The personality and attitude towards life is important. Vishal, keep covering diverse type of tenents, bring out stories on what makes them to make a decision to rent a home.
I am of strong opinion that one should adopt stray dogs then only the pet owner should be called a dog/animal lover otherwise others are just breed dog lovers
What a great personality. I kept on believing in him honestly he paid off. For a start I invested $600 and he grew it up to $3200 in 3 days. Indeed Sir Enes Zac you are great man. Trade with Enes Zac.
Owner is a very calm and good hearted person . Jordon is lucky to have him . God bless both couple and their child
@Umesh : The Explorer no idea buddy
@umeshbabu.81.45 lakhs per month i think

Good to see a responsible pet parent in India.
Educated and intelligent person with humble and polite behaviour

More redevelopment of slums will happen in future in Kandivali so this is just the beginning.
Every family must hv pet they are real stress busters ...and brings lots of positivity

Having a fiancé who loves dog is rare 🤣🥳 Jordan is super cute. I would definitely have a golden retriever once I retire 🥳
Loved the episode. I think prices in Kandivali especially the east side are quite reasonable. I miss Kandivali!
Great episode. I can totally relate with this gentleman; when I had a dog, my life revolved around him.
Cute dog. During my childhood we had many dogs. Now don't have any. Miss those times.
Such nice guys exist. Lucky fiancé
Very cute dog ! Nice place for bachelors !
@7:31
Can I have contact for this property??
Though Jordan is cute I felt this episode is ceentered around Jordon more than the flat.
Not a single appt will rent to a bachelor. Not one sorry to say. Thakur village is deeply prejudiced to single people no matter the caliber
We would love to have you in Bangalore 😀
Jordan got to have an extra walk!
how much was the rent?
10-15k per month for dog maintenance?! 😱
Better than kids lol
