Is there any tips on keeping a straight back for people who have kyphosis of the spine..rounded shoulders etc.?

Are rowing machines good exercise for arthritic knees?
yes!
Hope you resolved this man or have found relief since. Rowing is tremendous low impact exercise akin to swimming or cycling. In my personal experience over the few years I've done it on and off, my hips during the hinge wear out more than my knees, but that could be history of being a catcher in baseball. Never otherwise had an issue with joint pain. It feels liberating to get so much exercise with so little impact on the joints. With proper form, though, a good rowing workout should eat you alive! 🫠😉 Cheers
The woman rowing student has a rounded back, which leads to back injuries. Why don’t you comment on this? That would be very helpful
