HoTa Barbarians are so broken lol.. but I finally got all the uniques I needed for the build I am using and was able to finally beat Uber Lilith.. Whew glad I was able to one shot through most of the mechanics, because doing it otherwise doesn't seem like anything fun lol.. Tried for the first time last season with the Fire Sorc, and really couldn't see anything with all the ground aoe being fire and everything else being red.
For the HoTa Barb build.. I am using the guide from Maxroll, just swapped to their endgame build found here (maxroll.gg/d4/...) It has been pretty fun, I try to stay away from the "meta" builds, but wanted to give it a go this season..

Beaten Lilith s1/s2 but I have no push to do it again. It's a terribly designed boss fight.
I've beaten all the fromsoft games multiple times where you learn the bosses. Lilith has got to be the most bs I can remember in recent times. Saying that I'll prob one tap her at some point 😂
Agreed. I got the trophy on PS5 and the title. I'm good now 😂😂
Playing druid and without op movement speed i find it virtually impossible to dodge all her bullshit even tho I one tap her. Hate the mechanics of this boss.

Have the same problem with my druid, I death every time on phase 2 little blood orbs 🙄

Have always cheesed her every season, actually took the time to learn her mechanics this season. Beat her straight up with lightning storm druid with only starless sky uber unique

Can someone explain the sequence of the attacks people are using to apparently guarantee these huge hits on Lillith? I tried watching the buttons in the video but they all seem to be mashed at once. Anyone?
long story short...It is really just a sequence of using your shouts to buff your fury regen, damage (Rallying Cry, and War Cry) and then combined with your aspects and mashing Hammer of the Ancients to spend the fury which in turn buffs it more, multiplied by your berserk, overpower (I think mine is like 2,300%), core skill, crit chance, and the seasonal construct just make bonking with the hammer stupid lol. I could probably optimize better gear but it 1 shots everything and I can do the tier 100 vaults, but we have all seen how well the loot drops in this game lolol..
I followed this build ( maxroll.gg/d4/build-guides/hammer-of-the-ancients-barbarian-guide ) ... gear is usually the same between all the build videos, the main difference is the paragon board, and people will tweak to their preference, but usually all get close to the same place.
@@thedaddyshack Thanks for some of the info although the link just goes to a "you have died" page and not a build. Assuming you mean the HoTA endgame version on Maxroll which of the variants are you following? I assumed it would be the big boss one but yours is different.
Oops! I fixed that link, but yeah its just the endgame version. I think all the aspects and legendaries are the same, just some of my gear isnt the best, got tired of farming for exactly what I needed.
i play hota too, i easily get to phase 2 but i always lose to the little blood orbs chasing you. i have all uniques from the guide except from Banished Lord's Talisman. can you tell me what elixir you use and what stones you have for your construct?
Those blood orbs are the worst, I think I died to those the most, and eventually you can start to see the pattern of how they travel, and why I took such a wide angle, so I could kite them around. Using the juggernaught aspect sucks cause of the extra cooldown on your evade, but I didnt use an elixir on this fight, I dont know if the cooldown reduction ones help with the juggernaught? but if you have the resourcefulness ones (I think they are just world drops, you can't craft them, they are the "best")... On my Construct I have:
Left Side - Tempest with Swift, Safeguard and Resource.
Right Side - Flash of Adrenaline with Duration, Tactical, and Initiative.
Did you beat Lilith as a sorcerer and necromancer if so how did you beat Lilith?
I've only beat her as a Barb. I tried as a fire sorc last season, but all of the ground mechanics and my fire aoe, I couldn't see anything lol.
I did it as a 98 meteor sorc this season
for sorcerer you might want to try blizzard-ice spikes
How many life you have?
Almost 13k I believe.
Posting barb killing Lilith is the same as any one would post how he goes to the WC. Like, look guys i can pee and poop!!! Interesting is there any barb 100 lvl that couldnt one shot Lilith?
