- Sig Sauer served up an assortment of new red dot ready pistols as well as a brand new rifle to consumers at SHOT Show in Las Vegas.
The most talked about item in Sig Sauer’s inventory was its new Cross Rifle, which queued up long lines at Sig’s range day as well as a bevy of interested lookers on the show floor. The Cross Rifle comes chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, .308 Winchester and Sig’s .277 Fury.
Weighing in at 6.8-pounds, the rifle offers an adjustable buttstock - side folding for carry - two stage 3-pound match trigger, Picatinny rail and threaded barrel. Barrel size varies based on model with the 6.5 Creedmoor bringing an 18-inch barrel while the .308 Win and .277 Fury deliver a 16-inch barrel.
Perfect for precision hunting, the Sig Cross Rifle is designed to fold compactly so it can easily slip into a hunting pack or backpack for convenient carry. MSRP is set around $1,799. - Розваги

Just ordered the 6.5 Creedmoor in Camo...ETA according to SIG today at the Sig store in Epping, NH is mid-August so delivery end-August, as of today. Seems to be great value for what it delivers in terms of form, functionality, and flexibility.

Would I be able to get an 18" barrel for a .308? Or is the 16" better. I keep hearing different stories.

I'd like to see it succeed..I hope it succeeds...However The limited calibers and then sigs own caliber? I just don't see this becoming the "hybrid" sig thinks/hopes it becomes. Yet there are many people willing to buy just because..well..It's from SIG! I just hope it makes the cut. I DO LOVE the stock design! Very important to attaining the accuracy/consistency.
When are these going to show up for sale in the shops?
what MOA is the rail on the 6.5 crm? wht in the name of all that is holy doesnt SIG give this info? Its moronic!
you can get either or remove it and mount directly to the receiver!

@Brian W , There are plenty not options available for bolt action LR chassis rifles and build components, however, I would still like to see a similar light weight chassis and more compact version built in a short range subsonic platform that can accommodate a suppressor without requiring a set of cannon axels to support it. I own both the Remington 700 and Ruger American in 300 AAC, and although they both shoot well, the Remingtons are clubs and the Rugers are mock daisy red ryders with the cheesiest magazines ever built. I built another 300 AAC on a Remington 700 receiver with a standard 16" bbl, set it in a AB Arms aluminum chassis and it is still heavier than the 30-06 Mannlicher Schoenauer carbine that I use to hunt with. I ordered a Remington 700 CP almost two years ago with the intent of applying on a form 4/SBR so that I could add a adjustable stock thinking it would be the answer to the weight/length delima. The CP700 is still unavailable in 300 AAC. Maybe I'll have to settle for a slingshot, some marbles, and a covid19 mask?

Ryan Kozarich prob bc Kevin from Q worked for sig. Either way this gun is way more affordable
