- This shows the the entire vehicle prior to customer delivery. The base vehicle is a Mercedes Benz G Professional 300, with an Earthcruiser Escape 280 (2.8m Camper) version 1. It is fully self contained with a toilet inside and a shower on the inside and outside. It has 250l of Fuel and 250l of Water, 2 spare wheels and a 13,000lb front winch. It is a full Lithium Battery Camper/Truck (no wet cell batteries - lithium starts the vehicle). Tyres are 35 x 12.5 R17 M+S fitted to our Earthcruiser Forged Rims. The supspension has been upgraded using King Coils and Bilstein Shocks giving us a 115mm lift. It has onboard 24hr Video recording and tracking.
Best part of the back saver winch is it came from accommodating an elderly couple! Aussie dudes rock!
This fellow has a voice so resonant, he could probably have become an opera baritone! - He really gives a fully comprehensive and very detailed description, leaving out nothing. As a salesman, he is not unpleasantly self-assertive, but convincing by thoroughly pointing out and explaining all the facts, so that interested parties have a very good understanding of the purpose and the functioning of all the parts of this Earthcruiser. He is a very seasoned professional. It was interesting and informative to listen to him. A great and very reliable overlanding RV, too! Thank you.
Just stunning, I love your guys rigs. Engineers and mechanics don't typically like each other, Its like you guys somehow got them to be friends.
I travel Australia solo and prefer to be as remote and isolated as possible for photography and filming and just enjoyment of the amazing landscapes as far away from tourist routes and caravan parks as possible.
The only thing that limits my time between resupplies is power, water and fuel that I can carry in my very minimalist comfort 4x4.
This is the vehicle I have dreamed about and ticks every box and to see that my dream actually exists is amazing.
You have done a great job of creating my perfect escape vehicle.

I like your term "Discovery Vehicles" because that is what they are. I was fortunate enough to have a Father that believed in seeing the world, but we did it in a conventional Motor Home. In Australia we travel East - West, North - South and Round and Round but in the last 7 years I have seen more of Australia than I thought possible in Earthcruisers. If Dad was alive today he would most certainly have an Earthcruiser.

Quite a comprehensive walk round there Mark. I've bought vehicles a never had a handover as good as this.
When we do a customer handover the customer spends between 3 to 5 days with us and longer if they wish

I love it! I would love to see this on a Ford F-150 FX-4 max payload pkg. (4 ton) on 35's. It could be the way to really break into the North American market! It would also be awesome on a regular cab Super Duty F-250/F-350 SRW with portal axles, on 40's.

@@jasonhowe1697 you see that is just dilusional. An F-150 is the same width as a 200 Series or the new Defender. I don't understand how you think a truck with an 80" wide box on the back would care on the trail if the cab was 76" or 79" wide. Anywhere that box fits, any truck will fit.

So then this is a 5cylinder diesel. MB 350 , I have seen these NO CAMPER, TOTALLY REFURBISED G250, 4 SEAT LHD 5 SPD MANUAL, about US$, 77;00.00 cheers from NJ USA

Having stupidly sold my rock solid 5 cylinder minimal electronics GD290 at 12 years old I've since had 8 years of irritating engine issues and appalling suspension roughness with my 300 CDI "Military" with the same modern electronics infested engine engine if this is this 350.

How much would a Toyota based version cost?
Whilst the Toyota is a great vehicle, it does not have the capacity of the Mercedes G. We can however fit one of our express campers to a Toyota

What is the weight?
Depends on options but the Tare Weight Wet (Full Tanks) should be between 3800kg and 4100kg
