Yeah, I started playing Yu-Gi-Oh back in 02-03 era and My father even played for a while. He played a pure Dragon variant of Blue Eyes and I could never beat him in a Duel. In fact he died 3 years ago, still undefeated in yugioh. My brother Kyle has the now ludicrously upgraded Blue Eyes deck now and almost never plays it out of respect. And yes, when I say pure Dragon variant, I mean the non dragon type, Dragon support cards as well.
How serendipitous you release this video when there’s literally a blue eyes structure deck for master dual coming out soon I’m not mad that I spent over 5000 gems trying to make a blue eyes deck for my mom and about 120 ultra rare dust to fill out the remaining cracks; when most of those cards that I spent dust on are in the structure deck, not mad at all!
You sound like you have a great deal of knowledge on this game. I mean that sincerely. If you don't mind, I just made a comment to this video, and I wanna know your input. If you do, thank you. If not thank you anyways and keep on going brother.
@@808Xian i’ve been in and out of Yu-Gi-Oh! since 2006. When 2020 happened in the world just kind of casually ended for a couple years. I found myself watching a bunch of videos and essentially doing the longest most intensive crash course of my existence. I watched from beginning to end MBT and Alex, the history of Yu-Gi-Oh. I watched a lot of TGS anime, golden nova, Yu-Gi-Oh, etc., etc. I would say I’m pretty knowledgeable, but there are people out there better. I appreciate the compliment nonetheless
I used to run a Shining Dragon deck in real life when Future Fusion was legal to get you 3 Blue-Eyes easily by sending the stones of legends to the GY, use Poly and tribute for Shining if you drew it. I ran King of the Swamp to get Poly from the deck or substitue 1 Blue-Eyes. But now that is completely worthless and I am not gonna go back to physical yugioh, even with the new spell that gets Ultimate Dragon out without cost to tribute immediately. In YGOPro, I used to run the Chaos Ritual deck without Alternative Dragon. Just with maxed out Chaos Dragons, Ritual Arts, vanilla Blue-Eyes and all the new Ritual Support to get the most out of getting out both Dragon Rituals to OTK. I wish the Fusion Variant were viable. In Rush Duels, where you can only run 1 Blue-Eyes, Ultimate Dragon is easy to get out and is pretty viable, perhaps even competitive. Yes, the format where you can only run 1 vanilla Blue-Eyes, has the most consistent fusion build. Tho you can draw a lot of cards per turn. I wish we got some good support to make the fusion variant good. Also where is the Ultimate Dragon + Mamoth Graveyard fusion Konami?
I'm not a true duelist. I tried to get into it but I strongly believe now, the other "duelists " I lost battles to, were not true. And I lost to blue eyes each time, even tho I had one myself. I'd think about it random times and say to myself "I'm pretty sure I was the only one who shuffled my cards before gameplay". Also, I lost to blue eyes each time because it just all of a sudden came to play. Meaning these dudes just dropped this OP dragon MF into the field. If anyone reads this comment - can they really do that?? Like, just drop blue eyes white dragon AND / OR blue eyes ultimate?? Without having a plan or anything, can a duelist really just take the card from their hand and just play it on the field?? 😂😂
hsve Blue Eyes White Dragon SDK-E001, Unlimited Ediction, Ultra Rare, not 1at ediction. I want to know if is 100% sure that the card came from Starter deck Kaiba of 2002 or might come after 2002 for a reprint?
Best part about that lord of d flute combo is that since its a special summon you cant trap hole the dragons summoned. Lord of d also prevents targeting. So no man eater bug either. You can also play last will too to summon another lord of d if the first one gets trap hole
They need to make blue eyes and dark magician meta. It’ll bring over casual fans into the competitive scene and flourish the game. During the BASED format I made a punk blue eyes variant and was consistently setting up 5-6 negates with the deck being a mid range. If they never banned halq and chaos ruler (I assumed it would have been one or the other not both) I would’ve been able to play my pet deck longer
Nope. Just make them more reliable rogue decks. If they are turned meta then they will start getting hit with ban lists. If you are a fan of a deck keeping it at Rogue status is the more ideal. Look at Cyber dragons. They are not meta by any means but they are a fantastic rogue deck that does not get destroyed by ban lists
These new age players are bummers lol. If it's not a one card easy special summon that has 5 omni- negates, 4000 atk, and gives you a tesla it's bad or mid😅😂

I still see that saga of blue eyes structure deck on sale in some stores
Who thinks Kanna Kamui would be immediately adopted by Seto Kaiba?

I wonder, what would it take to get a normal monster on the banlist?
More iconic than Exodia?
Or as I call it, Brick Eyes.

Master duel: hold my beer

First they need to make actually good support for DM/Blue eyes
If the lightsworn support fixed wulf brick, they can make DM/Blue eyes viable

Making them Rogue is better.
I ran a p.u.n.k. Blue-eyes deck as well

Meh. That hypothetical card doesn't have protection, so it's unplayable
