  • 2:1 Peace Breathing is a very simple breathwork exercise to help you calm down, prevent or control a panic attack, or simply be used as a form of mindful meditation breathing.
Instructions: Breathe in for 4 seconds using your nose, with a slight pause at the end, then breathe out for 8 seconds using your pursed lips (like you are blowing out a candle) with a slight pause at the end, then repeat.

No, to calm the nervous system the exhale should always be longer than the inhale

1:2 is a staple and real reliever. A question is, breathing in, do we press the diaphragm down or more sucking it down and on the exhale, press upwards or let go and help with the abdominals and suck the naval towards the spine. Always bothering me, this question. Do one move the pelvis anterior on inhale and posterior on exhale. A video on the technique would be much appreciated. I searched hardly on all, like Stig, Wim or Patrick McKweon no answer on the correct execution, all most inhale into the belly but not explain the how. Great video thank you.

I have found if you put your hand on your stomach, when breathing in, your stomach should rise up, expand, breathing out slowly, through pursed lips, your stomach slowly deflates.

I was so depressed because of everything that has been happening in the world lately and I started gaining weight like crazy. The one thing that really helped me to get better was Forwago. A big thanks to everyone who puts an effort into the making of programs like this.
