- I cooked this curry sause for curryparty!
Very famous cooking youtuber Cooking with Dog and runnyrunny999 came to my house.

ingredients for 40
3kg chickenwing
10 onion
4 carrot
1400g curry powder
8Liter water
some oil
食材(40人分)
チキンウィング 3kg
たまねぎ 10個
にんじん 4本
カレー粉(市販のものをブレンド) 約1400g
牛脂 5個
サラダ油 適量
水 8リットル

Put beef tallow insted of oil, and fry the chicken wings until the surface gets burned.
Grill them in the oven(200°) for 10 minutes.
During grilling them, cut carrots and onion.
Cut carrots into small size so as to extract more flavor.
Cut onions into a little larger size.
Put onions on heat-resistant dish and heat them in the microwave oven for 8 minutes(600w)
After the onions are cooked, put oil in the pan and fry them.
Fry them until their color becomes yellowish-brown like this.
Heat carrots in tha pan without oil.
Put grilled chicken in the pressure cooker and add water.
Add cut carrots and onions.
Stir well and boil in a low heat for an hour.
I used 2 pressure cookers to cook for 40 people.
Remove harshness during boiling.
After you remove harshness, cover the pressure cooker for another hour.
After an hour has passed, release pressure and raise the cover.
Stir well to separate meat and born.
After separated, boil for another hour.
After 8 hours have passed, raise the cover.
Add water a little and boil in a low heat.
Filter the soup by using something reticulate.
Add curry powder little by little to the filtered soup.
Boil until the lumps of the powder disappear and put the sauce in the refragerator for a night(about 8 hours)
The sauce will be more thicky after a day in the refragerator.
Now, it's done.
By using this curry sauce, you can cook various curry rice. - Навчання та стиль

This recipe is not simple but very yummy!
This recipe is good when you need to have a concentrate curry flavor similarly to Kare Roux blocks from a scratch or when you don't have it at your local stores. As the sauce can be deglazed with stock soup and add any others veggies or any meat you like.

@chroniclesofervil I know what you mean. I thought the meat would be served with curry sauce, which is what i would have done. But we can always use bones or poorer cuts of meat like wing tips and chicken feet to prevent wastage to make the stock.

Japanese curry powder is really mild. And the recipe stating for 40 is just an estimation.
The use of this sauce varies in different dishes, also depending on preferences.
This curry sauce actually looks good, it's like the essence of chicken, carrots and caramelized onions. ^^

What kind of curry powder is it? It can't be S&B because S&B doesn't have any thickener in it and that powder he is using is making it thick.

there a japanese cafe near me that uses a sauce like that. they have the veggies already cooked ans qhen you order the finish cooking the veggies with the sauce and add what ever extra spice you want... or even other meat amd fillings THAT SAUCE IS AMAZING
@kherux it looks like a normal japanese style curry though -- because to me, soup is very watery and not very thick like how some of the western soups can be xD

Wait....1 hour in a pressure cooker, open the lid, separate meat from bone, close the lid, another 1 hour in a pressure cooker, and then you have to wait for 8 HOURS before you can open the lid again?? And we're supposed to cook it for that 8 hour period or just let it sit without cooking?? Super confusing!

Fabio Jonathan just curry powder, unlike the packaged curry sauces, she is only using the curry powder.I only wish this recipie were simpler. I guess there are tradeoffs. you can make it easier on yourself by using packaged curry sauce. its complete with butter and flour as thickening agents. all you need is to add vegatables and meat.
this somehow looks like demi-glance sauce for hayashi rice..

u make the most expensive chicken stock... I'm to poor to sacrifice all that chicken meat....
+Bejho Uhuy just take out the bones and use a immersion blender instead. Keep blending until you can't see any veggies or meat, and filter the stock with a medium mesh after.
Get a cat or a dog, if you cant start from scratch, it wont taste the best
or you can subtitute by using bouillon cubes, or demi glace powder taste about the same and it save alot of time and money too
Buy, a few whole chicken, remove the breasts, thighs and wings, remove the thigh bones and use the bone and carcass to make the stock, maybe cut the wing tips off and add them too, freeze the rest and use it at your convenience. It´s even better if you can get chicken, with their heads still on, you can also add them to the broth.

In this case, you seem to have made some sort of curry soup.
I cooked it for 8 hours and the bones became too soft to be broken easily and the soup was too dark because of the bone was completely cooked i think. Also the taste was bad. This recipe is something wrong or he doesn't want to show you guys the secret.
Try again but use chicken breast and chicken stock instead. In the vid, the curry is dark because of the spices used.
Yung Biz I am talking about chicken stock. If you cook chicken in a pressure cooker for 8 hour, the stocks going to be really bad. Try it.
