Oil(olieve oil) the heated frying pan and put the pieces of chicken with the skin side down and grill. After a while, turn them over.
Take them out from the pan.
Fry garlic with the oil still in the pan.
When the color of garlic comes to change, add tomato sauce.
Add curry sauce and stir well. Then, put the pieces of chicken and simmer.
Taste it and add some salt and pepper if you want.
Then, eat with rice!
