Another great video Rob, I learn something new each time....btw have you seen steelweasels new vid about the temp gauge mod ? May make your life a little easier in future 👍
I have a new standard 200cc barrel and piston,I watched your video on checking the piston ring gap, what would the gap be on these rings they are 1.5mm thick ,cheers keep up the excellent work
Great video Rob, those "innuendos" you perv 😂😂😂👍

First time I have seen your video, you may not be a film maker but you make up for it with enthusiasm. Brilliant video & I hope to catch more soon.
You LOVE that Castrol Power 1 hand moisturiser ;)
😂
Yep enjoyed that one rob
Me too 😎 It was fun to make.
You sure you wasn’t reading the Viz Comic before producing this vid 😆 Fnarr Fnarr
That's a beast of a cylinder!
Brave man building a 7 grand motor hope the owner is very experienced and understands the limits and warning signs 🤯
Yup. He has been riding lambrettas since before me.
I have heard that the temp sensor on the spark plug can be problematic.
It can and most certainly is when placed under the plug.
Lube fun!!
😂

A lot of people do that but I prefer it out of the way.
Steelweasel lives in Spain.
Probably hotter than Norway.
A little bit 😂
Great as usual but if I was paying £7000 for an engine I'd expect the piston rings to fit.....
Really? I've never had an engine kit with pre checked ring gap. Never.
Hi Rob, what is the torque setting for the cylinder head bolts?

Different parameters for iron barrel. Mb scooters tech site is excellent for that info. 😎
Hi Rob do you not use three bond on both sides of the base gasket 🤔🤔🤔👍
Yes. It's less messy to apply on the gasket surface when you fit the cylinder over the piston
Is it good for the SST also?
