If you put a washer between the two nuts when removing studs, the wrench doesn't ride up onto the upper stud. Combine that with a ratchet end wrench and you can remove studs crazy-fast.
I like the scoot, but it's that trunk that caught my eye. I have wanted that trunk since the sixties when I first saw one on an old BMW !!! Who made them? I forget.
Another nice build, the RT kits are pretty solid . I was struggling to find a B grade piston after a ring pin came loose when I was cleaning the piston during a ring change . In the end after buying a bore gauge to get an accurate bore size reading I was able to get away with using the next size up which has now done about 500 K with no problems . There seems to be some supply issues at the moment.
Always a joy when one of your videos pop up, mate. I assume that was a Vape ignition you fitted, do you rate them better than say, the Casatronic. Not sure which one to get for my TS1.
@@kickbackgarageI’m down from 120 then 118,115 and now to 112 and it’s still rich!! It’s literally guzzling fuel. 10miles per litre. On a 1000mile round trip from Manchester to Aviemore and back. Costing me a fortune in fuel and oil price 😂
Just found your channel taken me back 50 years to when I had my li125 love it thanks 😊
I really prefer it when you talk rather than the music Rob, your personality is a big part of your channels appeal!!!
I'm flattered mate! Thanks
Always entertainment, always interesting ...really looking forward as said to the upcoming vespa stuff
A bloody good job done there Rob, well done mate, can't wait for the next one 👍👍

Nice one Rob! 🙌💪✊
Another fine job 😉
Best thing I had done to my RT195 kit was go with the TV rod 60mm Tameni crank and Suzuki piston.

Yes. Vape all the way. There is a reason why a few of the big casa engine boys have switched to vape
Another interesting video Rob. Thanks for sharing. Also can I still order a kickback garage t-shirt online?
Yes, from spring. Link is on my profile
Great job, maestro! But I hope the owner has deep pockets, or good contacts at the bank 😐
So what you are saying is . . Time, Trouble and Money? Been thru it with my own series 2.
What main jet did you use
