I thought the show was kinda boring for the first half. It really improved when Lucy and Maximus teamed up, and they KILLED it in the last two episodes. Fred Armisen’s cameo was pure Fallout. Can’t wait for the next season!

The problem for me is the lore of the show. For example, nowhere in the entire game of New Vegas is it mentioned that Shady Sands is gone. Yet according to the show, it was nuked 4 years prior to the event of NV. It’s a significant plot hole. I do believe this show is a revenge act against Obsidian and NV. Fallout fans prefer 1, 2, and NV over the Bethesda games.
Todd Howard did an interview with IGN and clarified the lore issues with shady sands...there are no more issues with the timeline

Hey Phil wanted to clear up what I was trying to say because you misunderstood what I was getting at. This is what a mary-sue is "A Mary Sue is a character archetype in fiction, usually a young woman, who is often portrayed as inexplicably competent across all domains" Which is exactly what Lucy is in the show, they even show it in the opening scene that she is good at everything.
2. The show is most definitely woke, they just so happen to put a trans character in the Brotherhood??? The faction that literally hates anyone that isn't normal!? Anyway, the fact that all our main characters are race mixing as well? All these things on their own are not a big deal, however the show goes out of it's way to shove this stuff down your throat so you can definitely see that it is meant to be left wing propaganda much like how all T.V is nowadays. You cannot watch anything anymore without seeing race mixing, alphabet cult or DEI in so form.
Now, is it possible to still enjoy the show despite it being incredibly woke? Yes, but this is all by design they are trying their best to normalize it. The fact that Todd says the show in Cannon and expecting us to believe that Shay Sands being destroyed set the NCR to near extinction makes no damn sense. Where Vault 33 is the BoneYard where the NCR brought back civilization, one nuke wouldn't have gotten rid of all of them.
Lastly, they completely go against the entire message of the whole series " War Never Changes" just becomes another leftist propaganda tool for "Capitalism is bad!!!!"

Ah yes because mixed races and a single non-binary person are such an issue. I'm so glad the show disappointed someone as racist and intolerant as you. Here's a hint, the reason you can't watch anything without those kinds of people being brought up anymore, is because they exist and are a part of modern society! Also you might want to replay the Fallout games and pay closer attention beyond what Ron Perlman says in the openings, because the games have always been a satire on destructive capitalism.

they used the they pronoun which was annoying
except it wasn't a major plot point. Most "woke" content would make it a major plot point and constantly bring it up. The squire in the show literally just acted like a normal character and that was it. If anything, this show demonstrates how inclusivity should work in media instead of the normal content Hollywood tries to provide by shoving it down your throat.
