I wish I could post a picture of the scenery where I'm listening to this. Celebrating finally getting a job with a pizza and a beer down by the train tracks, with this in the headphones. Love I don't think is enough to describe it
Time stamp? I'm just getting into this genre after getting nostalgic feelings for old childhood games and their soundtracks. I would love to learn more about these amazing music genres!
@@PureRush94 its the drum signature for basically every track in this playlist. For the most part all drum and bass songs have some variation of the amen break in them.
Do like the Amen break, but the thing that made this atmospheric style so good for me was the 808 dub basses. I suppose it wouldn't work in todays dnb as people no longer have massive subs in their bedrooms, everybody listens on their phones.
this is a nice midpoint between truly atmospheric, almost psychedelic Intelligent D&B, and the more raucous dance sound. I love spacy sounds, but I need a little more punch to keep my short attention span hopping just enough to let me stay productive without getting bored.
i cant believe that this ambient dnb and jungle yt scene is probably going to be the reason and the place where i got an idea to start doing animations. the best part is that i always tought that it is really abstract, and while on another channel the guy said he is using blennder I went to see a tutorial for it and noticed the program looks similar like one for 3d modeling. i was like, man my job finally has a bigger meaning haha
I can't believe I'm looking at old school 3D art (what I mean is that it does it as if it was done in the style of 90's or early 2000's graphic design programs or already done directly with programs old like Bryce 7 and the same or similar) in motion, even if it's repetitive... it's beautiful and it's like traveling in a hyper-realistic dream on another planet or dimension.

This whole Atmo Jungle-Intelligent DnB complex from the 90s is so rich. I mean, there's so many tracks, it does not seem like that at first but listening to so many mixes, it's obvious.
I can't stop emphasizing on how much I love this, always had some audial recall from this genre back in the 2000s, goes well with studying, gym, late night walks, late car drives in empty streets(appreciating every detail, fancy skyscrapers, lights, led/neon signs), having nostalgic vibes correlated to multiple media from TV, old enime edits, old minitages, old internet era to simply just hearing it in public. Simply goated.
agreed! something about those old ray tracing renders...ive mentioned it before, but if anyone wants to have a hand at making their own check out Bryce 7 Pro from Daz. It's about $25 and was used a good bit back in the 90s - instant vibes
Great mix. Secret Liaison is a magical tune. Source Direct back in the 90s were pretty much the top production outfit, especially in terms of versatility.
@@4AMBreaks The Cult, Stonekiller/Web Of Sin, Two Masks/Black Domina, Freestyle, Black Rose, Technical Warfare...their darker stuff is as good as dark old school gets.
You know, for once the youtube algorithm did right by me, because one day it randomly began recommending this mixes to me, and I'm so glad it did. These have been my favorite working tunes now, and it's quite a nostalgia trip listening to good ol dnb of this quality. Reminds me very fondly of all the time I used to spend playing Bomberman Hero just to stand in a level and jam out to the sound track. I didn't realize just how much it cultivated a love of dnb in me.
Beautiful sound , very soothing when you lie in the sun with your eyes shut and dream about paradise , dream about white soft sand and gorges lush clear blue sea . 🌞🌞🐳🐳🐙🐙🌴🌴🌴
can we get a torus ring with heavy shade smoothing or high vertices coming out of a plane with a bump map with points creating ripples. ok great now can we add a procedural texture by maxing out the metallic and sheen on both the torus and bumpy plane and run it as a gif? ok awesome, now what can we play to this? What about DNB with a radar ping and a lady periodically letting out semi sensual vocals. GENIUS! (I am hard surface modeling rn while listening to this playlist)
I think there might be a way to animate the raindrop material in Bryce but I could be wrong. The animation really does enhance the experience though! ❤️

There was certainly a lot of dope in London in the 90s 🤣. Great, great times 😎
Idk who makes these weird ass scenery, but i love them lol

Old school Dnb, puts me in a serene place away from the world..

It’s fascinating. It brings some memories from 90s-early 00s TV chat shows etc. which had kinda same visualization and music as atmosphere.
God yeah, I remember thinking this was the future.
