I love him cause he doesn't speak from a glass castle. He is very eloquent and educated but you can also tell he is very street smart because his advice is so easily transferred with his use of similes. And he is raw and honest. This is because he has actually had so many life experiences. I have always thought this has to be a prerequisite for someone to be a great psychologist. I guess you can become specialized at a profession through uni but if you travel to the crisis point in person, THAT is knowledge that you can offer and save souls.
He wants you on board with a regime change op in Iran ....you good with that??

i would like to share something, maybe it will help other people aswell. i struggle alot with doing my nessesary homework like doing the dishes, laundry etc. i am also somewhat addicted to videogames. i have found a way that i actually get myself to do some things.
First i said to myself that i will do 30min of work and then play some games. quickly my inner child told me that i don't want to do that so i negotiate with my inner child till i reached the point that my inner child said i could do that. which was playing 1 round which is around 10-30min and then do 5min of work. Today i changed the rule to doing 2 rounds and then 10min of work. It may sound like nothing but after 6 rounds i have worked 30min in my appartment which i have struggled to do any at all!

2:43:00 I see majority in today's society being in the flood, it is just not being flooded by waters, but by drugs, alcohol, as overdosing is another form of suicide and alcoholism is a slow suicidal tide. We all need to graps for a straw of hope and start by individual mindset change.

“I think what happens is we have this thing in itself, and then we simplify it with a perception; and then that’s like an iconic representation. And then we nail the iconic representation with a word , and that’s how we compress the world’s complexity into something that we can manage. We take the complex thing, make it into an icon and represent the icon with a word. And then, when I throw you the word, so to speak, you decompose it into the icon and then decompose it even further into the thing, if you know the icon and you know the thing.”
