- HDFC Bank Credit Cards are now facing a new row of devaluation which is going to be applicable from 1st August 2024. HDFC Bank has started issuing notification to its all credit card users regarding these changes which are going to impact overall usage of cards.

I was scared but got relaxed when I saw complete video. I don't do fuel transaction more than 15000 nor I do utility transaction of more than 50000. I neither pay rent payments & I never make late payments. I don't buy ptoducts on emi. So this devaluation doesn't affect me. 😂
exactly.. 15k per transaction of fuel means 150 litres... no consumer will use truck to commute to office

HDFC hasn't done anything which affects normal consumers or even high spending consumers... Even if you fill up tank of a large SUV, still it wouldn't even be close to 15k... Also Electricity bills, for even high Spenders is almost always less than 50k...
They've chosen the limits carefully to penalise business Spends, like if you want to fill up the tank of your truck, then it'll surely go way above 15k.

@@CheckMater007 To be honest there shouldn't be any redemption option...The cashback should added to the next billing statement like Axis Flipkart or Added in Amazon Gift card by default like Amazon pay ICICI credit card.
Redeem as per maximum allowable amount. That way it will hurt less
Millennia has 5% cashback, but after this redemption fee it's not 5% anymore.
As a genuine user my only concern abt this changes is just for emi fees nd 50₹ change for reward pt. Cash redemption case

@annadm message aur mail ke according ap per transaction use nhi kar sakte but multiple transaction use kar sakte ho but itna transaction koi karta bhi nhi hai.....15000 ka fuel ek baar mein kaun bharata hai aur 50000 rs ki utility ka payment kaun karta hai

Millennia ne inka kya bigada tha ki ₹50 charges laga diye for points redemption? HDFC has made it clear now that Millennia is no longer considered by them as a premium credit card. Worse than their own Swiggy card, and ICICI Amazon Pay for Amazon, Flipkart Axis for FK and far worse than SBI Cashback

@@annadm It could have been called as restructuring or something like that. Unless someone is misusing the card, this restructuring doesn't affect them, so it's not a devaluation for genuine customers.
