Y’all still haven’t realized joe sometimes just say things to be devils advocate, he is on a podcast so instead of just saying how he feels all the time he prefers to have a conversation of what if’s, for the sake of a good conversation from both sides. Simply because just being for one side and speaking for one side is a horrible podcast (that most of you love) but being able to speak on your thoughts while also speaking on what ppl who think other than you would say is actually how a podcast is supposed to be.

Who is your therapist? Because In school nowadays, they teach you that acting out your aggression or pent-up energy should NOT be done in a physically aggressive form because then it teaches your body that the only way you'll be able to release this energy is by literally destroying shit around you. Some days you'll be put in situations in the public where you get angry, but you can't just start going wild on everything around you. Your therapist should actually be teaching you how to compartmentalize and handle stress in a safer, less volatile environment.
This definitely fits my work schedule nicely no work today Amen but Joe been dropping so much lately I've lost track of which days of the week the episodes hit either way This is how it should be & I love to see it 💯🔥

“Shouldn’t” is the key word. Unfortunately the status quo has taught artists that it’s “normal” for entities to take a percentage of their work without putting forth little to no effort.
I remember when HOV created Rocnation Sports he said the owners of other agencies were most angry that now they had to get up & actually work to compete instead of simply exploiting athletes.
@Riah Smith An artist is an artist. No need in creating a divide. If an artist is using a distributor, who's taking a substantial percentage just to sell on their platform, I can't see why that same distributor couldn't advertise their product with the same intensity as when they're collecting your royalties. Yes, you can easily promote your own material on your very own website and skip the middle man, but we all know that isn't easy without a strong social media presence. And you shouldn't have to whore yourself out on social media just to accomplish that. If I'm doing my due diligence, then yes, I'm expecting a multi million/billion dollar distributor to do a bit more.

Just some feedback here. I think the confusing feelings that came from the breakup of the former hosts "leaving" the show have begun to wear off (for me).
Now I'm feeling like it's a breakup that "had to happen" and that in the long run, both parties are better off.
Joe and these new hosts chemistry isn't bad at all.

As an artist managed by industry representatives and workers, the marketing is 100% on me. I'm expected to not only find a sound that is new and exciting and continue making music (and in my case engineer it as well) AND i'm expected to know how to "organically" build a "buzz". The labels are doing the BARE minimum when it comes to finding good talent and developing that talent. It's all on you now, and with social media and the influx of low quality rappers now present, it makes it extremely difficult to be noticed, or have new listeners give you a chance.

The controversy about the Apple scanning thing wasn't about icloud, that's been known and all cloud services scan for inappropriate material, it was that Apple is taking it a big step further and saying they're going to scan the shit that's downloaded on ur phones actual hard drive which is crazy. So even if u don't upload anything to iCloud or use it at all they're still gonna see what u have on ur phone.
