Don't buy a Gregory pack. My son is thru hiking the AT with one that is falling apart and after 20 days of back and forth emails and phone calls we still do not have a replacement. He sent photos of bag and they agreed to replace it but have done nothing. Imagine being on the trail and the thing you depend on most is failing you.
@@commiesarehorrible7622 Yes they did. However, he had to buy another bag due to the first one falling apart. Now he has a new Gregory that has never been used. They attributed this all to Covid. In the end they didn't have good communications between returns and the warehouse/shipping department and not enough people working.
I just had to warranty replace a gregory pack last month after having it through 7 years of abuse including a true hike and they worked with me and replaced it no problem.
@@MickeyDonald one of the shoulder straps pulled apart. Their customer service was terrible. I would get routed to a warehouse and the people there were waiting on something from someone else to process sending the new bag. My son had to buy a new backpack to finish the hike. Eventually Gregory did send a new bag but it was after he had finished the trail.

Did they ever take care of the issues?
