So I was literally about to go out with my ex on a night out as friends but we had a row and we cancelled it - She has seen a change in me and says she is not used to it - but I have decided to do a 31 day NC, sort out a new career and my health and then re contact her again with the same outlook she noticed. 50/50 chance but nothing to lose. All she wants she says is for us to get on and co parent - so end of the day I have nothing to lose as we will end up there again anyway - anything else could be a bonus

So when you say learn patience, how long do you mean. My ex and i split up 10 years and shes been in this relationship with this guy for 7 years, and he lives with his parents, and she lives with him at his parents... Like wtf. I have my own place, goals, full time job but thats not enough for her. His goal is to be in a band as a bassist. Is independence even attractive anymore these days?
We’ve been together for 2 years, he broke up with me a month and 10 days ago. Without a big reason like cheating or sth. The relationship was happy. I’ve been in no contact since then ( 1 month and 10 days) He views all my insta stories, my stories are positive, with friends and going out, doing hobbies. I don’t know if there’s hope because he didn’t reach out. I’m abroad now, because I started present lectures, but our relationship wasn’t ldr btw. Should I continue NC or initiate contact and how…🤷🏻♀️ I feel a little better now but I still love him and want us to be together.

I've really been following Chris Seiter since he's the only breakup relationship coach that touches on attachment styles, which I find usually plays the largest role in breakups when two different styles collide. Is it possible to get videos done offering advice on how to get back each style? For example, the content of this video wouldn't really work for a dismissive avoidant who shuts down completely.
Yeah it would don’t worry. Avoidants do actually mourn the relationship, just later but they do and it usually hits them even harder
You haven’t looked at many of the relationship coaches, because most of them do talk about attachment styles that statement simply not true that they don’t. This is just the only one you watch.. many of them do like what?

Since we broke up 1 month and haft i didn’t hear from my ex. And today is day 22 of the no contact rule. He seems to be move on. Should I continue NC rule?
I’m at the same situation but one month and 10 days. I think we should continue NC because sometimes it takes more time. And if I contact him I don’t know what to say.🤷🏻♀️

From what I've learned, if they do contact you, you mirror them in their actions or give them less. Don't give more than they are giving you.
