- I want to have a frank discussion on the major reasons for why an ex would block (or remove you) from their social media account.
The reality is it boils down to six main things,
It’s in line with their avoidant programming
Seeing you is painful
They are driven by anger or revenge
They are in a new relationship
It’s their pattern

I want to mention that since relationships play such a big role in our psyches, it's important to find healthy ways to stimulate the release of feel good chemicals in the brain. Excersize, healthy eating, rewarding/productive activities, and general self improvement
I think length of the relationship plays a big role. The longer the relationship, the longer it takes to process the breakup
I heard that however long the relationship was, halve the time you were with them and that’s how long it’s going to take…so I might be hung up on my ex for the next 10 years??😮
Experienced all that, and I am now a success story in my own terms. That distraction became me! I use my time to give me fun, to develop new abilities, to learn a lot about my own attachment style through therapy and other resources like Chris channel, and to become intentional in thinking less and less in him, and more and more in me. Did I forget about him? Definitely not,...but do I want him back? Not under the same condition. My own guts would not allow me to do that anymore. Was it easy? No. Is it worthy? God, yeah!!! No more anxiety. ❤🇨🇷

I don't know how to feel.
I've been doing the "being there method", and now she's said her being friends with me is causing conflict between her and her new guy. So, she's said goodbye to me, saying we can't be friends anymore and has blocked me everywhere.
Is she getting feelings again, but is scared?
