    I love rice noodles. There got to be some better tools than the one-blade pizza cutter, something like 10-blades version. This takes so much work and patience and time than I anticipated.

      they are already cooked and do not need cooking again. This is how rice noodles are made. It's a batter rather than a dough. The steaming is like boiling a regular noodle.

      +Jt T Although I do have Tapioca starch, you could probably also use Arrow Root, just depends whats on offer. Thanks for this recipe :D I will give them a try. This video could do with a bit of english translation and would it not be easier to roll up the noodle before cutting? looks pretty straight forward though.
