I love rice noodles. There got to be some better tools than the one-blade pizza cutter, something like 10-blades version. This takes so much work and patience and time than I anticipated.
Sursdey nak Ming, I live in the Philippines. Thank you for sharing your video to the newer lost Khmer generation who wants to learn how to cook and eat authentic Khmer food. I enjoyed all your video, and I like how you're clean and organize. I will try to make this! I actually want to make the sticky banh cang noodle, but this is pretty close.

they are already cooked and do not need cooking again. This is how rice noodles are made. It's a batter rather than a dough. The steaming is like boiling a regular noodle.
+Elenita Galindo You can stir fry or make noodle soup with this. ua-cam.com/video/I3Bv7W6lQgE/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/3XRBtb9OQgo/v-deo.html Thanks For Watching!
+Jt T Although I do have Tapioca starch, you could probably also use Arrow Root, just depends whats on offer. Thanks for this recipe :D I will give them a try. This video could do with a bit of english translation and would it not be easier to roll up the noodle before cutting? looks pretty straight forward though.
