Hey hun. Coffee doesnt help with anxiety/stress. I learned this from my therapist. I try to limit myself or just order decaf.

I do notice this too when i drink coffee. I love the taste of coffee even tho it doesnt help me stay awake at all. My heart starts racing and i get super anxious.

@@2elexis that was like the number one thing the therapist recommended i slow down on! My heart starts to race as well. I feel more anxious with it. I think ge said it had something to do with my heart racing. So i now order decaf or just no coffee.

yup, i started having tachycardic episodes and panic attacks. eliminated coffee from my
diet and everything went away
