I always thought it quite interesting that the 2nd Adam, is the 1st born of all Creation. He let Adam come first, so that he can be 2nd.
But it’s says firstborn of ALL creation so that would include being born before Adam was CREATED.
Are you rejecting the meaning and context of the word “ALL”?

@@toreyhorton1789 Yes, Paul also tells us this, the FIRST UP FROM THE DEAD, FIRST OF MANY BROUGHT TO GLORY. And that is the ekklasia, the group called church who will be raised and glorified with him (jesus) and reign with him. This is the mystery hid in God in case the enemy spirits did not incite the people to kill him. The passover blood would not have been shed.
Jesus is the first of Gods creation of a new group, nether jew nor gentile.
So you are correct in Jesus being the first, and involved in the creation. But you are focused just on the genesis creation which God says "I and I alone created ..."
and you can not see the new creation neither jew nor gentile but ONE NEW MAN that Jesus is portrayed by Paul, after crucifixion and raised. it was a secret hid in God so it doesnt show up in OT. it was "unsearchable" as the unsearchable riches that God has FOR US IN CHRIST, not searchable to be understood back in thecearly days when rebel angels tried to destroy the line of promise to the messiah.
Its all very simple context of whole bible, not just being literal with words in individual verses where the subject is a sub context. Like Colossians1:16 because the context is jesus being head of the church, the new creation neither jew nor gentile.

what if god is just waiting again trying to find a family that truly doesn’t sin so Jesus can comeback and spread gods love? or maybe he doesn’t need to because gods word and love is being spread by millions already?
I had a similar perspective. I believe God is waiting for us to level up to his original divine purpose as kings of his earth and also worthy to enter his Jesus kingdom in his image and light.
From listening to this podcast I had the idea God created the spirit of good and good while creating cheriobium to enforce this hood in his light and image. When humans saw each other nakedness is when the force of evil came about within the serpent first and the forces was inherent to humans . These unseen forces would have power over humans to allow them free will. The Grace of God is the medium to these forces because God is truly good.
We as humans have to choose evil that is represented in Cain but he receives the Grace of God. Or we choose everything that is good Il represented and depicted in the life and love of Jesus for humans despite our sinful nature.

You keep saying that firstborn refers to the first child. Doesn't it mean that the first son? Weren't girls excluded?
Genesis 1:27 - So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; MALE AND FEMALE created He them.
Genesis 5:2 KJV - Male and female created He them; and blessed them, and called THEIR name Adam, in the day when they were created.
Numbers 27:1-11 daughters were recognized as inheritors of their fathers’ estates.
Jesus elevated women all throughout Him ministry (Luke 8:1-3, Luke 10:24-27, John 4:1-42 to list a very select few). Women continued to be recognized as leaders and contributors after He was resurrected and ascended (Romans 16:1-3, 2 Tim 1:5), and of course, Galatians 3:28! Women were never meant to be excluded 💜

Is it possible in Jesus being the “model” of the first born, that he was just a human that while everyone was waiting for a messiah a person being the way back to God that he took it upon himself to become that? And in becoming that, he actually became that in his calling ? How powerful if he was just like us and not God and became that which God hoped him to be and became he together.
Yeshua was a genuine human being, he was just like us. He is not God. The first man to receive immortality.

God didn’t empty himself. Yeshua emptied himself, which just means he humbled himself. Yahweh gave him all power and authority in heaven and on earth. He could do whatever he wanted but chose to do Gifs will.

God spoke long ago in various ways through the prophets, but now in this age He speaks to us in a son, through whom He also made the age. Heb1:1-2.
God has told us that He would redeem mankind through the seed of the woman (obviously a man, like a seed of a ear of corn or wheat, an offspring from Eve)
And Deut18:18 God says "I will raise up a great prophet from AMONG his brothers, (obviously a jewish man) and I will put MY WORDS in his mouth."
And as for only begotten son, well yes he was specially born of that line from Eve through Abraham and David to Mary, a man, and as an offspring from Eve the mother of all men, he calls himself "son of man!" to remind us.
Those of us who call on his blood (name) now come to the new birth, so being "born again" we are also now "begotten sons" but this time not "only" begotten, because he Jesus was the "first up from the dead, first of many brothers."

From psm110 we know that lord is an Adon, which is hebrew for lord, any lord other than God who is Adonai in Hebrew. So this is the understanding in the mind of a first century Jew or christian.
So lets unpack "One lord Jesus Messiah" as is said here over and over.
Messiah in Heb or Christ in Greek, simply mean "anointed" in this context following a name. Jesus anointed, is the reading of this. If it said Messiah Jesus, or Christ Jesus it would mean Anointed Jesus, in both languages!!!! i.e. The promised one who will be that seed of the woman, great prophet FROM AMONG HIS BROTHERS (Deut18:18)
It would mean "The anointed one."
So "one lord Jesus messiah" means in hebrew context "one adon Jesus anointed. Or in greek "One lord Jesus christ." No where does this mean "One Adonai Jesus God." !!!

Just like the foreshadow story of Joseph. raised from certain death by Pharaoh, seated at right hand, given power and authority, blesses the land and sets about creating a new creation of how things will be done in egypt, and forgives his brothers who betray him, and saves his own people (own people, own people!!!) and sets them up in a new arangement. And all WIOTHOUT BEING AN EGYPTIAN, but is just a lowly servant???
This could be a good teaching, excellent in its back story of rebellion by the first sons of God, if it didnt have the lie of the pre deity trinitarian Jesus threaded through it in subtle ways.

could be you are insisting on forcing the trinity into the text.
could be that Jesus is the second Adam, perfectly formed in Marys womb, made of the same stuff as she, yet blood not mixing due to placental wall, and therefore being as perfect as the first Adam before he was disobedient.
The second Adam, Jesus, is obedient, manifests his Fathers spirit in all he does, and does NOT grasp at being like God, as the devil did and the first Adam, but obediently (phil2:6) went through with paying the blood debt AND being the provided passover lamb of God. So God saves by provision, Jesus saves by obediently being the provision, and we save ourselves through faithfully believing by our free will by coming under the covering blood that God provided. Only God can save, and He does by providing the lamb... NOT BY BEING THE LAMB.

The firstborn of creation is referring to ALL predestined foreknown sons of God. The firstfruits of the spirit. The very elect. The lights of the world. YHWH is the Father of LIGHTS. Ephriam is my firstborn. Its not talking about one person
Its talking about his firstborn or firstfruits (plural). Jesus was just one of many brothers.
If you are ANOINTED (messiah) then YOU are the chosen of the father. Revelation 21:7. Begotten of his word/spirit. James 1:18 kjv, I Peter 1:3 KJV.

What is the context of Colossians (And Romans and Galations and Hebrews) but is about BEING A CHRISTIAN! And not a JEW or a GENTILE (that old conflict between the promised people and the "nations.") Its been a seed war, now its a war with that true enemy, the powers and principalities in heavenly places, ha satan, the adversary, and we have had a promotion through our adon lord Jesus, the first up from the dead and anointed. Jesus anointed.
CONTEXT. Colossians is about proving Jesus is the head, and to stop worshipping angels, because Jesus NOW is a NEW CREATION (Peter tells us in his first sermon, Acts2. "raised from grave... MADE Lord and ANOINTED, this Jesus you Jews killed, and God has attested to Jesus being the anointed one, seed of the woman, by all the signs and wonders done through him Jesus!)
The CONTEXT of THAT LETTER of Colossians is about Jesus setting up authorities and positions of spiritual oversight in the heavenlies to cover this thing God has done, the secret hid in God, the church, the ekklasia, the body which is Jesus in us and we in him (just as he had been in God and God in him prior to crucifixion) NEW CREATION! (dont you know you will judge angels)
So Jesus is the "Firstborn of creation" of THAT new creation. He is first up from the dead, first of many brothers. That would be us dudes, the ones who also will be raised from death, and made sons of God OVER those rebel sons of God!!! (we are even now in that authority, thgough yet in earthen vessels of flesh, as Jesus had been during his ministry in Israel) We are YET to be glorified as YOU POINT OUT.
How can you be so blind? Scales on the eyes dudes. Jesus was a man born of Mary, no pre existance involved. The son of God formed in the woman who is decended from all the promises Abraham Jesse, David, Solomon.... a "son of David" who will rule on Gods throne as David did before him, from Jerusalem, in the kingdom which is almost here.
I agree with almost everything you said except what you believe to be the power and principalities in heavenly places. The expression principalities and powers seems to be almost a technical expression for those in authority.

That is all nice and good up until the point you claim that Christ was not preexisting Before the world, that he is firstborn Only of the new creation and that he was begotten when he was born on this earth through Mary. In Colossians 1:16-17 "For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities-all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together." it is pretty clear that the Christ was before and created the world, as is expressed in Hebrews 1:10-12 "You, Lord, laid the foundation of the earth in the beginning, and the heavens are the work of your hands; they will perish, but you remain; they will all wear out like a garment, like a robe you will roll them up, like a garment they will be changed.". Jesus also says it himself in John 17:5 "And now, Father, glorify me in your own presence with the glory that I had with you before the world existed.", which is later reaffirmed in John 1:1-3.

Your Heb reference is a quote from the Hebrew scriptures (OT) to a group of hebrew born christians, reminding them that this new age they are a part of, is not law, and the many quotes are to remind the listeners of the promises to their ancestors of the messiah, who has come and they are now part of that same mesianic anointed group. "in christ".... and no longer of their jewish law. The context is found in Heb1:1-2. Ages past versus ages present. so what "world" began, that Jesus's glory references? Strongs G165.
@@ken440 to me it appears as though you're simply putting meaning where there is not. The new creation, first of all, is after the tribulation Revelation 21:1 "Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. ". We are born again and made a new in Christ, being dead to our flesh yes but we are not part of the literal new creation nor has it began so that God may be saying such things. The line "For by him were all things created, in heaven and on earth" does not imply that it speaks of a new creation but the current one. Same for John 17:5 "And now, Father, glorify me in your own presence with the glory that I had with you before the world existed.", it is very evident that he is not speaking of a new creation but of the current world.

Please come join me in heaven; otherwise, these will be the last words you hear, after you cry out “lord, lord”, on the end of days, “I don’t know who your are. Step away from me Satan.” (Matthew 7:22)
Remember when God walked through the Garden of Eden, calling out, “Adam and Eve”, and they hid, because of the knowledge the devil fed them? What do you think I am doing right now? “Who told you about religion, let alone that my prophets, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad, were to be worshipped, let alone praised, separately? I am sorry, but the devil has taken possession of your soul, and your arrogance has condemned it, if you come to me with that crap.

You know it is difficult to know what is real and what is planned, because even as there exist “free will”, reflections must choose their destiny, which is hard to do, because this reality is a simulation of the fall, and as the rebellion in heaven came about because the fallen were against integration and collectivism, Mother Earth is the fallens’ playground, with income inequality and segregation the instruments and tools of fallen, meaning the appearance of truth for a majority of America, who “freely and willingly” exercise their right to vote, is distorted for their damnation, which stands in stark contrast to the will of God and the word, leaving me no other choice, but to confess, “any Existential threat to my well being has to be removed, for that looseness on earth cannot and will not exist in heaven.” Is this, the evil of the old American way, just the love of God given to the fallen, as his last act of love for those who “freely and willingly” rebelled and transgressed? What is real and what is play?

Who would you rather be, according to the biblical accounts of the Abrahamic traditions: Cain or Abel, Esau or Jacob, Ramses II or Moses, King Saul or King David? With that said, do you support Black Lives Matter or do you support the abuse of power and excessive violence used by police on people of color? If you are a person of faith, I assume you would answer my first question by saying, Abel, Jacob, Moses, and King David. If that is the case then, what do all four of these individuals share in common? They came second. In the first case, Cain killed his younger brother, because he could not control his anger. I doing so, God hears the pleas of Abel’s blood, asking Cain, “where is your brother?” Cain replies, “Am I my brother’s keeper?” I ask you this, “are you your brother’s keeper?” The way I see it, BLM is akin to the please of the abused. Those who say they don’t believe in BLM, they are declaring, “I am not my brother’s keeper!” Well, how did that work out in the end? The point of this exercise is this, the second child is favored over the first child, because the first child constantly displays a type of behavior unbecoming of true leadership. This explains why God chose Jacob over Esau, Moses over Ramses, and King David over King Saul. Each elder person displayed an attitude that lacked humility, and as such, they lost what was on their finger tips- absolute dominion. BLM represents nothing more than the cries of Abel to God. I have said this before, when God asked Abel, “what shall I do with Cain?” Abel showed his truth strength, thus why God loved him so, by forgiving a misguided Cain, asking God, “make me a seed!” This is the truth to the origins of the covenant and how the now is nothing more than an echo of what is already written.
Roman 9:11-13 “Yet, before the twins were born or had done anything good or bad- in order that God’s purpose in election might stand not by works but by him who calls- she was told, ‘The older will serve the younger.’ Just as it was written: ‘Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.’”
