Great video (as always) Is the parts interchangeable with the 606/707? I would love the 727 but besides the 606 plus oil extractor I have 6 other juicers so can't really justify it at the moment 😁
The juicing chamber is a new design, so it's not compatible with the 606 or 707. You have seven juicers? That's dedication, or maybe fanaticism ha ha. Which one is your favorite?
@@euJUICERScom it's hard to pick a favourite as they all serve their own purpose but the Greenstar Pro 502 would probably win if I had to pick only one because I love my pure celery and also carrot and ginger juice, the Sana 606 for ease of cleaning and versatility, JR 8000S2 for big batches as it has a 2 hour runtime, Norwalk 270 for when I want to be sophisticated, Greenpower KP-E1305 for the dedicated wheatgrass attachment, JR Ultra Purus for leafy green juice and 1 minute cleaning 😁
a question on the juice glass- 'crystal' generally means it has a lead content [which makes for better engraving] and high quality lead crystal used for drinking glasses usually have more than 24% lead oxide. I'd say this isn't desirable for a juice collecting glass- do you know if the bohemian crystal glass has lead content?
Hello. The Angel has the adfvantage of a higher yield and all stainless steel parts. The Sana is much less expensive, easier to use and clean, and very durable.
23:34 long fibers are usually not a problem for horizontals, they were intended for juicing grass, and it actually helps tu push pulp out, HOWEVER, think it is a problem with this new juicer because it has that metal blade at the end of the auger
Hi, How does Sana 727 Supreme juicer compare with the Tribest Green Star series juicers? Which one is generally better ? Can Sana 727 juice wheat grass? Can I try extracting the oil from nigella sativa seeds with the Sana 727 Oil Extractor? Than you
These are two different juicer types - single auger horizontal vs twin gear - each with their own pros and cons. We have made detailed videos comparing the different ytypes of juicers. Generally speaking, the Green Star should get slightly higher yield, but will be more complicated and time-consuming to assemble, feed, and clean. Both of them will juice wheat grass well, but remember to cut the wheat grass into small pieces. The oil extractor is able to process nigella sativa seeds.
Hi, Can any of the attachments make oat flakes from oat groats? Can the oil extractor attachment make oil from black seeds/nigella sativa? Can the juicer juice mature coconut meat(the white flesh part of mature coconuts)? Can the juicer grind/mince raw meat? Thank you
Hello The oil extractor can make oat flakes from oat groats. We've never tried nigella sativa in the oil extractor. It isn't on the list of recommended seeds in the user manual, but since it has an oil content around 35% (depending on the seed quality) it should be possible. Coconut meat has a low yield, as it has a low water content. But it would make a smaller amount of coconut cream. The juicer isn't recommended to mince raw meat.
@@euJUICERScom What about wheat grass? Could you make a video so we can see how it handles wheat grass? Can't the blank screen used to mince raw meat? Coconut cream is made by using the blank screen right?
Since you said that the motor can run non-stop, this means that it can be used commercially? How much usage per day does the warranty cover? Also, if you grate the produce with a food processor prior juicing, will the grated produce put less pressure on the juicer and yield more juice?
The Sana 727 isn't certified for commercial use, so standard warranty isn't applicable for commercial use. Grating produce beforehand could yield a little more juice, although the 727 already gets a high yield. It would put less pressure on the juicer, although that's not a big factor due to the 727's high-torque motor. But it coul be useful with hard produce like beets.
There are a few gaskets made from silicon and rubber - one between the drum and the motor body to keep juice from getting into the motor and another on the small rotating pulp blade.
this is exactly what i've been looking for!! ..except i hate the way it looks :/ and the most helpful video, thanks! one question, can you run the "pulp" back through the oil extractor a second time to get more out??
The Sana 727 was designed to use a lower pressure squeezing system for both taste and nutrition. Also, too high a pressure can cause backup of ingredients, and it could interfere wth the pulp cutting blade.
We don't recommend it, as it is more likely to plug the screen. But it is possible and you can get a bit more juice, depending on the type of produce. Generally the 727 results in pretty dry pulp.
You can make it without oil. You need to process the peanuts through the juicer a few times. Each time it will get a little softer and creamier. The oil is just a shortcut.
It depends on your budget and frequency of juicing. The Sana 727 is the best of the three, but also costs much more. All three are quality machines made in South Korea. The SJ-002 is the best value juicer on the market, in my opinion.
I see the pusher doesn't have a silicon ring on it, I see this as a bad point, when juicing ripe pineapple on my horizontal (DA-1000) the pusher with the silicon ring really helps to push/pump the juice out of the machine
You make a good point (as always). Ripe pineapple must be juiced slowly, or it will back up,. And a silicon ring can definitely help to keep juice and pulp from backing up intop the feeding tube.
Yes, all of those would juice very well. It would be best to alternate the ingredients when juicing, as carrots naturally will keep the juicing screen cleaner from softer produce like cucumber. It sounds like a delicious and spicy recipe.
They are among the best vertical and horizontal juicers. If you haven't seen it, I'd suggest watching our video comparing vertical with horizontal juicers as this would apply to these two that you are considering. ua-cam.com/video/llOhuNskgoM/v-deo.html
The Sana 828 has less pulp in the juice, as is normal for a vertical juicer. If the pulp strainer is put on the glass while juicing, pulp levels are similar.
The 727 will do a little better with the greens and root vegetables, the 828 a little better with the berries. The 828 will require less use of the pusher, while the 727 will be easier to clean.
It really depends on what you juice. For example, citrus will juice very quietly while something like carrots will be louder and certain high-acid apples can make a "screaming" sound. I just tested it without produce and it ranged from 48 db at speed 1 to 65 db at speed 4.

Hi Dan! Money aside, what would be the best commercial and home use juicer, i want to get something that will provide the least oxidation, i think self feeding juicers are better cause cutting produce into smaller pieces before juicing exposes them to air and light so oxidation starts even before juicing.
based on my research and opinion the green star pro is the best for the higher nutritional juice on an overall of produce, vertical juicer needs more chopping and run at lower rpm better the best for fruit, horizontal needs less chopping but have a little more rpm the best for greens... discountjuicers.com on UA-cam have a good variety of videos explaining most of the doubts there is on the juicers, hope helps
I'm sorry I missed your question. I think the best juicer depends on what you will be juicing, as each type of juicer has their strengths and weaknesses. I've only seen one self-feeding juicer (with an attached chopping chamber) and I think the added complexity wasn't worth it. That being said, most of the Korean-made single auger juicers, both horizontal and vertical, will perform very well. Twin gear juicers like the GreenStar and the Angel will give a higher yield, but also cost more and are a little less user-friendly. Some good vertical juicers include the Omega MMV and VSJ-843, the Sana 808 and 828, the big Kuvings machines, and the newer Huroms. Some good horizontals included the Omega 8004/8006 and the NC800 and NC900, the Sana horizontals, and the Solostar.
