So glad to know there are some amazing coffee shops in the Philippines. I am headed to Bacolod in February to investigate the island of Negros as a possible place to live for up to 5 months of the year. I owned a beverage business in Seattle for 25 years where I made 65 cold beverage concentrates and roasted 24 different coffee's. I am VERY picky when it comes to my coffee.
My wife and I want to build a Clothing Optional Agricultural Eco Resort & Spa Community in the Philippines for people who live an ECNM lifestyle. I would like to see you show us around some spa's, some Eco Resorts and some Agricultural Resorts; perhaps agricultural experiences involving coffee and cacao which is what chocolate is made of.

Wanting to go home again....and smell a freshly brewed coffee in the morning, after lunch and before dinner. Oh what a life.
our flight back to manila was cancelled due to typhoon and I'm the happiest 🤣😅 i just notified my boss what happened and voila.. God has given me another 2 days of stay in this paradise..
