wish i could say the same but can't do any (let me copy what i've commented to show you what i mean): walked 17km everyday but today only 5km since im really sick,bed is clean, i don't have a bath, don't have skincare items no baking items, no friends, no parents to chat with or call only parents that blame me for calling instead of comming over, dad keeps busting in without knocking, don't have money for drawing stuff, no hobby's im good at or not made fun of,can't sell stuff since everything is worthless or broken or dirty, blocked my sibling because i can't stand her, vacuum the home daily since my dad tells me to, have no plants other than the plants on the balcony that have fresh rainwater almost everytime, once again no friends,only have normal coffee, no books, no pictures, planned already, finished what i was supposed to do already,showered cold already,don't know what that means but then again. no writing stuff,no yoga mat and too sick to even stand up rn,idk what that means, already played a boardgame with an imaginary friend,can't sleep, slept 14 hours already,listened to 100 songs and have a headache, no farmer markets here and none are open rn,no money,finished 30 puzzles today already, bike broke down since i've been ran over (bike is damaged only),already know every allyway and shortcut (even parkour routes on roofs), guitar snares gave up,no money + coffee at home,no money + have to go alone since my dad never wants to go,not enough food and money,dad gets pissed if i do + already sorted, already did, he sleeping on my lap at the moment,no nightstand,no pool,no ingredients + nighttime,no pen and already did, no money, no pen and already did, working on 2 already,no money,don't have any or closed,no decoration + already have a christmas tree from 5 years ago on my room,already watched all i could find,no money im sick and don't have any near me, already did, already made a holliday bucket list and its to dance in my room with my imaginairy friend,already stretched when i could and had the energy,already cleaned my phone,yet again, all alone and tried but dad seemed to not have liked my joke,no money + closed,no pen but already tried a week and gone nowhere,already did and it worked out fine,watched ducks made me sad since im alone and im no duck,no money now what?

Great video with effective suggestions. But I have one severe complain or advice or comment, as you take, that if you would have given 2/3 seconds to each point then the video would've been more relatable. It was so fast that after some points I lost focus. Obviously not all the 64 is applicable foe everyone. So, giving time to think would've raised more admiration for you and your ideas.
The fact that this could've been dragged to a 15 minute video makes me respect this guy for not wasting our time.
