This is looking really awesome. I love how people who 'can't draw' are finding the Hobo/Fauxbo freeing enough to have a try and a play and not feel intimidated by it :)
Girl....u r amazing. U art journal, u make leather journal covers, u sew cape crusaders capes, u workout, u read like no other, U R creative and share your talent with all of us.....I am in awe. LOL I am now a subscriber.
This is totally how I would use one too. I don't have one yet, but probably will soon. I've already moved from ring planners to my fauxdori, and the freedom to journal and add stuff is so awesome. But I kind of want one book that has a little bit of everything that happened on a day for a whole year at least, so I can always look back on it. I also love how a hobonichi or fauxbonichi looks crinkly and chunky after a bunch of pages have been done. Yep, I'm totally gonna have to get one - thanks for inspiring another person like me who can't draw, but loves to add the little fiddly bits and mementos about each day.
I've been using this journal from Barnes & Noble for years and I LOVE it. I tried switching to other systems, but I am so attached to this journal. I love being able to turn it and write in any direction and have lines to easily box out any sectioning I want.
Great Video! Your pages look fantastic!! Keep it up I think you are capturing some really awesome moments in your life!! I'm sure when you look back you will love it even more!!
Driver picks the music...shotgun shuts his cake hole...Yeah I still have my travel mug with that on it. Lol. I just bought this journal this month! Loved Missvickybee's. Yours is great! Mine will probably be more text than drawing, too. Thanks for sharing. 💜
Loved your video. Couldn't help but notice the quilt underneath. I used to sell that fabric in my shoppe. Looks like designer April Cornell and maybe some Three Sisters fabrics in it? It is beautiful. Do you quilt too?

Are you in Joplin Missouri? I lived in Neosho as a kid and I still have family there. Love your faux Hobo!
Yes! I live in Duenweg...like 2 miles east of Joplin, but I grew up in Granby!
What a small world! I was in Neosho a couple of years ago visiting my cousins. It was hot and humid but it will always be home to me.
I know it's an older video but enjoyed this very much. Thanks for the ideas and inspirations. Subbed :D
How do you get the pictures for the books you read? Luv your flip through just getting started on setting up my faux Hobonichi.
Martha Coullier Thanks Martha!! I usually just save them from GoodReads.
I can't find this journal on Barnes and Noble site can anyone send the link?
