Came here for poison strike discussion and had a conniption fit when you skipped it for a second. Then I was disappointed you guys came to the same conclusion we did. I ran that innocence build at a suggestion from someone, and with a delirium, I could survive but the question was still "why would I not just run poison nova?" It cleared a 200ish throne is like 8 minutes, but for the cost of the innocence you could have full trangs day 1 with poison nova.
I agree with the CBF thing. I think it’s going to be too easy to get CBF. Maybe a compromise is 2x half freeze duration items has a 50% (or some chance) chance of giving you CBF when you are getting frozen? I hope I’m wrong but I like the challenge of fitting different mods in to a build. It’s part of the fun.
Kinda late for Psn Strike, i agree that frames are pretty bad for necro but since PStrike has synergy with BoA, you dont actually need to rely on FHR frames and not to mention the rest except ias and fcr which imo 58 ias and 75 fcr is enough, ofc 99 ias would be best tho Im actually running currently Plague / Andariels / Bramble / Boneflame setup, and its actually pretty good, although playstyle is really risky, the choices for Merc are either Ice A1 Phys or Doom A2 defiance with Clay Golems for aditional slow Only problem with the build is that if you get stunlocked youre dead, but way less happens with this setup than with Innocence + Martyr approach ( if going full block ), Innocence + Martyr on lowest possible dex invest is still good, but i actually prefer now as much laek as possible
Arctic blast druid can do well with gg gears. Tested in a couple maps and ubers. Full Poison creeper did good there as well but it's slow at bosses even with great gear. Still a great leveling build
I'm theory crafting the Poison strike necro! I'm down with a little bigger cloud spread too. - Max Bloodwarp, 1 blood, 1 iron, max golem mastery - Max revive, max golem mastery, 1 bloodwarp, 1 blood, 1 iron - Max revive, 5 point golem mastery, 1 blood, 1 iron, 1 bloodwarp, 1 curse mastery, all the left point in Lower resists. Going max block on all 3 with the points distribution of 2/3 life - 1/3 mana. Martyr, steelshade, cinquedas gg or plague with poison strike base, bramble, maras, dracs gloves with nice leak (feels better then even trangs gloves), carrion wind (poison creeper) and soj, arach, 3 res boots. Triple trang (glove, belt and shield super nice too for MB and -PSN DMG) Any toughts about the skills in particular?
@@Wheatsolo If you are going max golem mastery, max revive playing with summoning gc's feels also pretty good! You are basically an hybrid and it add to survavibility alot! 1 second bloodwarp too! I'm testing with nice corruptions and full facets in shield, helm and weapon. 44k dmg poison strike with full summonner gc's inventory. Now it opens up the Iron golem to carry an OP items too. Full mana stats point (still with MB) feels also good i'd say! Depending on wich maps you wanna do.
@@samuelprudhomme3726 I'll check but it seems like the hybrid version is a strictly worse version of pnova still. I'm not sure how this build feels like a valid thing to play that is different than summoner and pnova.

That's an awful mechanic to balance it out. But yes. Half cbf needs to be distributed carefully.

It's not a good build. Mainly because you can use much of the same gear and clear 50% faster with pnova.

Is there any reason why venom isn't considered over plague? Cheap +9 poison dagger with potentially 10 more negative res and ignore target defense?
