    I don't get to play, because I don't have anyone to play with, and it's definitely more fun to think about what might happen than to keep trying and failing to make it happen.

      Sorry to hear that! This might sound a bit weird but you could mess around with chat gpt as your DM and have it give you scenarios to react to. Could be worth a try for a few one shots, I’ve heard it does pretty well! But otherwise try not to give up! Even if you can find one other person to play and do a duet game it will be lots of fun!

    TLDW; no. Bad DnD will always be worse than no DnD. Solo DnD is better than a bad group. Tons of ways to play solo and tons of ways to find a supporting group or at least a group that fits your needs for a DnD sesh.
