Bleed now stacks 3 times from all sources independantly. So each pet can create three stacks. Two Blood Golems can seemingly create as many stacks as 5. While 1 works properly.

Fire Golems really don't need an extra golem. And if you don't like snapshotting how much better is 6 meh Fire Golems compared to 5 Juiced Fire Golems.

Bone Spear NHD at 5 feels good! Allows for zons to use brand more effectively and double hitting is non existent for me. FGs aura is 12 sub tiles, or 8 yd radius. Act IV merc is best budget merc in the game and has endgame uses as well!

I figured id ask you this question as you are the necro guru....do revives from a elite pack retain their modifiers? Much like how revives in a map will gain all the map modifiers?

Spent around 1 Jah so far for this build (mainly for a good "Chaos" eth war fist) and its a monster of a build. I run yellow T1 maps without problems on a rly low budged and around 250%MF. Ofc some areas/enemies are a bit tricky with very low budged gear (cows, Diablo and some other bosses) but overall it's fantastic to farm with and 100 times better than my prevous Sentry build. :)

NO TOK MUAH yo can u test like: act4 light merc with mangsons/infinity/Asylum thats kinda the important question, for me it felt like mangsons did crazy more dps but maybe its just the curse proc or maybe even both. in my small test i had the same clearspeed and about the same dps with mangsons/infi, was super weird. (did only 1 map each so idk how valid this is)

so... if I go mage+revive solely for mapping then I should go dark with infinity staff while myself using faith bow on swap, right ? finally I can put Emilio to rest ?
If you run archers with that setup sounds good to me. Also beast + kalans (Phoenix or exile) work nearly as well as faith and give you other buffs. And don't forget your IG
@Wheatsolo sounds great ! I'm not sure how should I distribute point tho, both archer and revive needed so much synergies :/ or you meant to drop the mages entirely and go pure phys skelly+revive ? they're as good as mages in term of clearing maps ?
@Deldalus111 SM/Mages/Archers/Revives. Other skills a desired and then curse dump.

I've decided to drop curse tree entirely and use a4 with mangsong to suffice with breaking immunities. in fact, I'm gonna use Light because it should be better on map stomping than Dark. archer don't need Amp if Mages can kill stuff they can't kill anyway. the remain point will go to GM for 2 BG 1 IG at lvl90. (ideally max GM at lvl99) only problem I had now is that if I'm big balls enough to use infinity IG because myself gonna holding beast+kalan xD anyway thanks for answering my question, my king :)

Hey Wheat! Thanks for the content, I gave green gobo a try as I missed out on it the last couple seasons but still feel its really strong! Ive been slappin maps and just telestomping em. Merc damage nerf is noticeable, but with a half warrior half amp skill allocation it doesnt seem to matter. Melting while feeling immortal haha! No pride for the golem yet, just using a cheap purity for prayer redemption combo. Peaceful gaming!! I tried fgolem first and frankly it was also insane once I got more %fire skill dmg EDIT: Caught up on your other recent videos, all I can say is im sorry lol

Easily. Max BG. Run 10 CM. Use amp and life tap/weaken.
Dmg formulas can be easily done for you wheat. Just DM me to remind me. There is technically something that there is no data on that prob worth testing. Idk if merc synergies can pass lvl 20. (Need to check their current lvl scaling to see if they would anyway) As we know shadows can. So not sure how merc is interacting there
How could I check this you think? Without affecting their other skills? Or just incorporate the synergy and base lvl DMG?
Yeah I'm really interested in the asylum staff on a4 merc with the innate magic damage compared to something like mang songs
I use asylum on my MA zon, he 1/2 shots almost everything thing with FOH

First season on PD2. Having a hard time figuring out the best end game merc for a Fire Golem Necro build. Started with a Act 1 with vigor and a witchstring and now have an act 5 merc with rapture. I'm not sure how you feel, but it looks like Infinity is still loads better, so now I am considering either an act 4 or act 2 merc. Thoughts? which is best?
Man I'd just go act IV. Hes so useful. But my favorite merc endgame is still act 1 vigor + zenith or act 3 buffed out. Both play styles are a little different though b
Act 4 light with asylum feels so good with my bonespear necro his dps is great and the foh procs melts packs i would test the damage on that if you get a chance

Do you have a prefernce for fire golems between A4 light and A2 defiance ? Using Emilio right now which gives defense and PDR, but I keep seeing more people switching to A4 light. What are your opinions?
It depends on what you're trying to do. Act IV does provide some healing but defiance is nice. Emilio is still better vs a boss as well. It's likely that act IV will increase clear speed thanks to random lucky FoTH. Id give him a shot at least. But me. It's running man always.

In another video It was mentionned that the cows added to maps don't have the same loot table as normal cows / don't drop more runes, is that not true?

You were correct. Ghosts still can't drop certain items. But swarms/cows have their special drop tables adjusted to normal mobs.

Facts. Try blunder/udar for CB if you ever need and thrashers on more revive focused builds. All three have legitimate CC but those two provide a bit more oomph.
For anyone thinking about half ass getting into content creation just for the purpose of getting closed beta access each season, the Skeleton King is going to fact check your ass

@@Wheatsolo yepp only 1 point, maybe its just the light merc than idk, switched to him about the same times as i respeccd to 1 revives. really feels like they heal alot. my brolems went from dying to every boss to sometimes one dies every 2-3 maps on a boss, mostly staying alive.
@lolleonlolable they can't heal. All healing/reviving abilities are disabled. Their lightning is just an attack as a revive. Try one of the three Mentioned
@@Wheatsolo oh i see i thought that "lightning" thing is thier heal : D there lvl 22 btw in my snapgear, just tested the councils damage its like 2k xd even the frozen jetis do like 3k and that stun is crazy thx. i prolly just skip revives and spec into lr soon when i change merc (just got that zod i needed for innocence act3 merc swap)
@lolleonlolable their lightning ability can be targeted at enemies or allies. Ir should not be possible they target an ally as a revive. And yeah revives are kinda just good. But if you're looking for a little extra DMG for 1 hard pt then nothing beats blunders and their free CB.

Agreed. No skillers or flickering and only 10% fire damage from charms level 39 fire golems with all synergies maxed are smashing t1 maps. Using act 4 light merc helps a ton

Yes you can map as blood golems. But fortify the maps density isn’t good for blood.
Blood golem might be only good for boss farming imo and probably best for early farming and such. Fire golem is too good to not to go for.
I would never subject myself or anyone else to mapping with clay or blood. If you want to be the laziest summoner ever... Could work.

Dbot here again, forgot to add: I'm testing both a2 +infinity and stormlash self wield for static proc (nice if combined with phoenix for aggressive stompin) and A3 light merc, but yesterday I moved to suicide branch and it feels so much god damn smoother to play. I think if you are not using enigma, and enjoy fast blood warping, this is definitely the way to go and currently the only way to hit the 5 minute mark without potting every couple seconds. So in essence Emilio with infinity, phoenix and suicide branch for best movement and sustain.

So I'm playing mages and revives with Grims, which I've done in previous seasons, but decided to add archers. Ideally you'd want 10 CM to double curse but instead I went with the A4 dark merc, gave him 125fcr, and a Beast staff with 50fcr base. It blasts any tier map, fortified or not and ignores immunities. He curses frequently and pumps out bone spears and teeth quite fast. This let me get bloodwarp down to .2 sec, grab BA and desecrate, and rest of the points into LR. The fanaticism aura works on the mages too which is why it slaps so much. Not sure if that's a bug.
Mages and fana is intended. Definitely seems like a good use of his 10 CM. Id even get BW down to 0 just because it's nice to spam. But nice build really.
Dark merc has always extra curse, he has cm level 11 (wiki); it works for me with mages+figo and infy on him. I curse with lower resist and i have no points in curse mastery. It works well for me.

Dark for physical builds. Light for everything else imo. Holy shock merc for big aoe builds.
What gear on holy shock?
@ exile shield, beast scepter or insight depending on build, fcr belt and gloves, any boots really, helm and armor depends on what you need as well
I built varyks silver surfer paladin and tested the light merc (125 fcr, asylum staff) by itself in a sewers (100 dens, 20% max life). He can clear it in 11 minutes, no attack or teleport skill used on my side.
End game he is so insane. I'm interested to see what the DPS numbers will be.

Game design is trying to limit the power of mercernaries again... but Act IV light & Dark, and act 3 Holy shock can still do incredible things trust me. Abuse them while you still can.
The obvious choice is using a +6 +10% fire damage wand (not sure who actually gets a +1 wand lol, how many corrupts and hours shopping is that ?) Also how tf are you in ireland

*update: did just test a map with block setup with doom, its not as good as i thought the doom/slow aura seems to have some kinda delay of like 1 sec or somenting when porting into packs, did they change that or somehting ? i dont remember it beeing like that in s4-s5. but even with the small delay it still ads some savety to the build the mobs that dont insta die get slowd alot, also the mobs that "add" from all sides get slowd if they run to you. prolly should play boneflame not ss going from 5 to 6 blockframes should be still ok and 30%move and 0.6cd on warp would help alot with clearspeed. cheers
All auras have always functioned on a 25 frames GCD. So that is intended. I would try exile as well. A great fucking shield for self weidling

They still sell well for +3 HR since people dont understand golem mastery and think it adds damage
