Cows is not only the best for corruption region... The moo..moo...moo..moo...moo land is also best for milking wss, mid to high tier runes, sets and uniques for early character building...
I played a Lightning Ama last season so arcanes fast soo fast and rewarding. Got 18wss on one 15min run early season by only clearing the way with no stairs and portals and then restart the game. I say sork. Been saying it that way since the release of D2 ages ago. Keep using it in other games too :D
There's a site around that tells tou the exact time and zone that will be corrupted. No need to guess, just plan and set alarms. Cows is no more than once or twice a day
Favourite corrupted zone is Tal Rasha's Tomb. Each Tomb in Canyon becomes a lvl 85 zone.

my favorite too. got 12 shards after all temples in one run. but usually takes the full time so can do 1 run of that only till it spawns again

Yea cows runs are great. I like fire Druid specifically because it can rush straight into cows very effectively
