Me too!! I’ve been following her ever since the only thing I am confused is if I’m used to really hard workouts like CrossFit would I add Kira’s to my Current routine or would I need to supplement with heavy weights on top of her app?

I downloaded Kira’s app. I did 1 workout and I loved it! She is definitely a teacher and goes slow and explains everything! I don’t like when trainers yell and go super fast. She’s like a breath of fresh air! 😊
This is exact what I needed to fix my focus in the the new year. I started working out in December, so I wouldn’t have a “resolution”, but a new life choice. I, too, thrive off of positive reinforcement vs drill sarge style.

I see why Candace loves her optimism and practicality! And they’re able to have friendships even though they may have different beliefs. One person believes in energy and in the Christian belief is things don’t always go our way because the big picture is moving around to form Gods plan in the Bible.
I do these fitness things already....I park far away in parking lots at the stores and at work. I do excersize in waiting rooms at Dr. Offices and when I'm at home. I do a lot of excersize in the bathroom lol. However I also doing excersize getting up and down. I do excersize in the swimming pool, too during that time of year. My favorite thing to do is walk. On a treadmill or a track indoors or outside.
I’m downloading her app right now. I can’t wait to get started. I am 52, 5 foot two and gained 10 pounds over the last six months probably because I am having problems with my hand and I’m a hairdresser of 30+ years and it’s hard for me to work out my upper body and my arms with my trigger finger issues. I may have psoriatic arthritis now I will find out soon for sure. I have been working out since I was 23 and I don’t feel like myself anymore when I’m not working out. I have all kind of other health issues structurally. Can’t wait to get started. Candace, I love you and I’m a big supporter of you and, thank you for starting this podcast. I want to know where you get your clothes cause I am also trying to find a new fashion style for myself. I keep thinking I am 35 in my head and I am not lol. I especially love what you have today in this video among all the others and those are very cute too. Jennifer

Candace for a 63 year old breast cancer warrior that is on a 70% raw diet and I really don’t like meat but will eat white chicken breast every once in awhile. I love eggs but want to build muscle but lack protein. I drink Muscle Milk zero sugar. Any tips on how to get more protein in a day to build muscle. I have bad shoulders and I remember someone asking Kira on Instagram if she offered modifications for people with limitations (I cannot plank or put my full weight down on my arms) and Kira said no, that she doesn’t offer modifications in her program. That’s the only reason I didn’t join her app. I knew there were moves I wasn’t going to be able to do.
I really struggle with motivation. I want to move more and exercise more, but I'm so worn out from work each day, that I just don't have any energy left for working out when I get home :( Any tips?
What advice would you give to those who enjoy downtime when they get a chance instead of working out? 🥴 I really need a “stop” time from everything during the day…I love reading, I love quiet time, I love the “rest” from going from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to bed. It’s a struggle for me to want to add exercise. Would love any advice. ❤️
I’m the same way! I ended up getting a treadmill and just walking while reading, scrolling or watching tv. Some days after I finish I’ll do some quick movements like squats or something- but not necessarily when you’re just getting started. Best of luck 💗

I just miscarried so I’m not able to work out until my doctor gives the green light, but also aren’t in the place to focus on that. So the past episodes that had a lot of uplift and biblical quotes throughout would have been helpful since I’m in a very sad place currently. Again, I appreciate your kindness.
