You would be amazed how many people are driving on a suspended license.
Not gonna lie I've been there. Had to get to work to get the money to clear the suspension. Only lasted about 2 weeks and I drove like the sheriff was sitting next to me the whole time.

I don’t think Arkansas pulls you over for a cracked windshield. One of my vehicles has one. I even drive it frequently to Missouri where they do pull you over for it, never once been pulled over. If you’re a law abiding citizen, it’ll help you out.

I sensed more frustration than attitude but I can see how it can come off as either. He handled that very well. Because he could’ve towed her, he also could’ve said I don’t have 30 - 40 minutes to wait but he offered to wait and get them out the heat! Glad both were satisfied with this decision and both have better days ahead!
When you were dead in the wrong you should admit it and act apologetic and she did none of that. So when you're not acting apologetic its the same as having an attitude because you're in the wrong and you know you're in the wrong.

When I worked as a public defender in a Southern state, probably 80% of my black clients had never had a driver’s license. Apparently it’s a cultural thing.

This had me laughing this whole video. Because the irony of this is this trooper's father(Donnie Cheers Sr) is probably the best windshield installer in these parts. He actually does windshield replacements for a lot of the County vehicles. lol

Some places will stop you if you have an air freshener or handicap placard hanging from your rear view mirror while driving. The irony is a whole dog can sit on your lap and hang out your driver or passenger window while your driving but they claim that is NOT obstructing your view. Insane!
There probably is a work order in for the windshield, but with the amount of crime, and dui's out there, maybe they don't have a back up vehicle available to pull that one off the road right now.. Anyone who has worked a government job knows how slow the process is.. kind of like the dmv..
I live in a small town just north of Memphis Tennessee. I do drive into Arkansas occasionally. When I do, I set my cruise control at the speed limit and stay in the right lane. Arkansas Troopers are all business and have no sense of humor.

@@TeeTee-2016 You are correct. In most states, a cracked windshield is not enough for a ticket. As long as the view is not seriously impaired (such as by many cracks in front of the driver's view or a spider web crack) one or even 2 cracks that do not impede vision are not going to result in a ticket. And if they did, there would be a serious question whether it violated the law if the law's main concern is just that the driver's vision not be impaired.

Not sticking up for her but sometimes a suspended license is for unpaid excise tax or registration and if you move you dont know you owe it and the next thing they suspend your license! When she said 40 mins he flipped because he didnt want to sit there for 40 mins so he made an issue. You see the follow up was you can sit in "YOUR" car in the passenger seat.

To all the people complaining about the trooper having a cracked windshild, has it even occurred to you that when you spend 10 hours a day, pulling over vehicles on the hiway (and being right behind them when they pull onto the shoulder) your windshield is gonna get cracked / broken OFTEN probably on a weekly basis.. and I'm sure the maintenance dept will swap it the next time the car comes in/ as soon as possible. It could have even happened earlier that same day/ shift 😮

I seen a lot of these videos where the person is polite & they cooperate with the officer & they actually cut them a break, they’re understanding. But when you catch an attitude like they’re in the wrong it doesn’t get you far. Even if your upset “fake it until you make it” after your free you can yell, curse and scream at the officer BUT in YOUR car as your driving AWAY so the cop can’t hear you of course 😂😂😂🤦🏽♀️

I literally had a very similar traffic stop 2 days ago.. young female driver,.."we rarely can see or know who's driving," ..she wS on my radar speeding, doing 47 in a 35 mph zone. Upon our stop, I look up to call in her plate, it's an expired temp-tag... asked her for her license, as she's crying she says she doesn't have one.. and can't find any vehicle insurance...ugh.. and of course it's raining... I had her call a family member to come pick her up vs arresting her and towing her car. Just cut her a few tickets and kicked her loose..

My younger days I have drove on a suspended license for not paying fines. I wouldn't dare break any traffic while doing so. Kudos to the cop for being 100% professional although I would have given the girl a second chance to both her and the kid to sit in the police cruiser because it's so frustrating getting a ticket.

Is he of age to drive? Does he have a driver's license? Trooper, I couldn't tell how old he was! He is 6 years old Sir. Highly trained officer of the law. He's 6. 6 years old. Trooper seems like a great human. Some one is going to get hurt real bad if they will need to depend on him and his judgement in a split second. But that's not important because all adults mistake 6 year olds to be at least 18 years old all the time. I mean that's a mistake all humans make. It's not like there are any differences between 6 year olds and even 25 year olds.
