What are you calling a sub-niche?..I wouldn't think Eddie Bauer would be one so maybe I don't understand what your calling a sub niche...is it a clothing company that also owns another smaller clothing company?...if so,I didn't realize Eddie Bauer owns first ascent

Lots are great if you do garage sales very common to find multiples of brand and size. I also feel like they sell at a better rate than individual items due to the reduced shipping cost. Big savings to the customer.
I would love it you slowed down and showed what you were doing and gave examples of how your comming to the numbers..what is the cut of time for how long is to long for holding on to something were its not worth it?..thanks for the info

The Territory Ahead, Carbon to Cobalt and Marine Layer are far and away the most confusing brands for me. They look like they should do really well, and I either do great or horrible with them. I stopped picking them up all together. Way too inconsistent.

Territory Ahead and Carbon 2 Cobalt both have a crazy variance in aesthetics. Makes it tougher. Surprised to hear Marine Layer mentioned with them.
