    It is SO funny that you mentioned Frank & Eileen shirts! Last week I thrifted 4 "Eileen" shirts--I found them in the men's section and only looked up the brand (I'd never heard of it before) because one of them was 100% LINEN, and following your advice was shocked at both the sell-thru rate and great re-sell $. Listed them late Friday night and have already sold all 4 for $60 each.

    I actually like picking up ‘Disney Parks’ shirts and have had decent success flipping them. I suspect vacationers want the park shirts for their vacations without having to pay park prices.

      When I lived in the Orlando area, Disney World had 2 outlet stores nearby called the Character Connection if I recall. It was an awesome place to source at times, especially when they had clearance sales on their already discontinued theme park merch. To my understanding, WDW now lets you buy theme park merch online, so it may have affected demand.

    Love the tip about being helpful to employees. I ALWAYS take stuff off hangers & try to group them at the checkout (partly to help the employee, but also to make the people behind me in line hate me a little less). If people behind me only have an item or two, I'll let them go ahead so the line doesn't get too backed up because of me. I figure they are happier and the employee has less stress. I can't stand seeing other customers making a mess of racks. I wish more thrift shoppers were more considerate.

    • @tarmach523
      @tarmach523 2 роки тому +1

      I do the same to help them out. Taking the hangers off for them speeds up the line. I used to work at a VV and my manager told me to stop folding the clothes and just throw them into the bags at the cash lol like wow! But you know, now I tell the associate not to fold the clothes, they love that.
