Grams 1000cc injectors Flow test

- Just to make sure the injectors are OK, We take the Grams 1000cc injectors to Boost lab in Tampa.
They offer full injector analysis and can clean and balance them.
There test showed the injectors are in perfect shape and flow correctly.

I'm an avid viewer of your S2000 videos in particular since I own an AP1 myself :) I have a set of brand new Grams 1000cc injectors from a KW kit on the way soon. I plan to use them with an AEM340 lph fuel pump for my future Vortech V2 supercharger build. I'll get a custom made 6.5" crank pulley from ASP in Texas soon. Have you had any fueling issues with Grams 1000cc on boosted S2000's?

PA Tuners My last K20a2 is still running at 530whp. This JDM K20 is 1/2 point higher compression, this could have been pinging most of its life before we got it....oh well.

John , at some stage, can you give us an idea as to what actually broke on the Civic and what damage did it do to the engine. Was it just too much boost or do you suspect a dodgy component may be responsible.
warren lancaster Hey buddy, the full video will be out tomorrow. There was no sign of lean mixture or detonation, the ring lands let go. Who’s knows if this motor has been hammered on with low octane before we got it. Either way, 18+ psi, 99F , on an 11.5 to 1 cast piston motor is not advised. 👍🏻
So you smoked a piston because you didn't use a rising rate full pump and had a base pressure of 48 psi. So at 20 psi boost you only had 28 psi of actual fuel pressure?
I wonder how much that ASNU GDI machine fuel injector flow tester cost and the Crest Ultrasonic cleaner, i hear the ASNU machine has ultrasonic cleaning incorporated, why he didn't use it i wonder?
We use the Crest Ultrasonic cleaners as they have more cleaning power than the ASNU built-in units.

Injectors looked like they are cleaned in an ultrasonic bath cleaner. Very effective.
James Ruschmann Yes, Boost Lab have been cleaning our injectors for years.

We’ve installed and tuned over a 100 sets. I’ve also heard the earth is flat, I only believe what I see and use myself. 😉

@@LHTPerformance Have you ever had a case of the gram injectors not flow matching right out of the box? I purchased a brand new set and had to send them out for servicing because one of the injectors wasn't flowing as much as the others.
