Fryer Guy is right. The more professional you look, the more organized your tools are, the brand of boots you wear, try and keep clean shaved appearance. All these things customers look at. Depending on the customer the more faith they will have in your diagnosis. You never know when your dealing with another tech that's not in a uniform that represents the customer. And if you can lay down some broken down card board boxes before you lay on the floor...do so it will keep you cleaner throughout the day.
I’m 19 and about to get started in this in a few weeks looking forward to it but seems a little complicating since I’ve never done any work related to it before but I’m excited seems like once you learn it it can be a cool and relaxing job
