Welcome to my Cricut Joy video introduction! This video is a complete beginners guide giving an overview of the new Cricut Joy. The video includes an unboxing, materials overview, setup and 2 easy projects using the new card mat and smart vinyl.

- What hair colour do you use?
I get asked this a lot! I use Live Colour from Schwarzkopf in the colour 'Very red and Pillar Box Red. Or I use Garnier Olia in Intense Red. With my more pink shade I have been using L'Oreal Colorista shades.

I’ve been eyeing the cricket joy for months. I’m 26 getting back into American Girl Dolls (healing childhood trauma and therapy). American Girl doll clothing are expensive! I plan on getting a sewing machine and cricket joy to make my own outfits on a budget. Thank you for the amazing tutorial!

What a great video! I've never bought a Cricut before and for what I need, I think this would be the best choice for me, especially after watching this video! I do scrapbooking so basically what I would like is to be able to cut out different words in different fonts along with embellishments. I am thinking this would be perfect for my scrapbooking needs. The fact that you can make greeting cards in just a few minutes is awesome too! Thanks for sharing your talents with us beginners!

I was given a cricuit joy for Christmas and was frustrated trying to follow the instructions provided by cricuit. You did a much better job and now I am ready to move forward. I found out from your video that I need the card mat in order to accomplish what I want to do. Thank You!!!

I'm late to this party, but so excited to be here! I bought a used Cricut Joy online...and received the machine and power chord. That's it. SO....this video was SUPER helpful! Thank you ive been wanting to get a cricut for years but always hesitant because all the videos always look so confusing but this little guy is so cute and looks so simple
My moms a big craft person but she has a difficulty lately doing some things on her own because she can’t see or things are just alittle more complicated with computers for her. This is perfect for her and for myself! Im excited that I told her we’d make cards for the holidays this year because this looks so amazingly easy and simple for us to try it together! This video atleast gives me an idea of what I gotta do to help her with building up to her bigger machine

Thank you for this video, very helpful. I am getting into the hobby of knife making and wanted to make stencils so I could electro-etch my makers mark onto my knives, my wife also plans to use it as well for a lot of crafty projects. Nice to know everything this little machine can do!
