Good afternoon Jennifer. Is the charging / power cable would work in 220v like what we have in Philippines.
Cannot connect to window 11 HP laptop, was able to connect to iPhone 13
You can connect all your devices to an iPhone 13 if you have good wifi.

I have large industrial print/cut machines, but decided to get a joy and joy xtra for very small lettering. I am so happy for this video. I will receive my xtra on Monday and I will be prepared for issues (if they occur) thanks to you!!

my cricut joy extra says it not connected???
Ensure Cricut Joy machine is powered on and within 10-15 feet of your mobile device. Open Settings > Bluetooth. If Bluetooth is off, tap it to turn it on. I don’t have a inkjet printer I only have a laser jet printer. I have laser jet paper products will it still work? I can’t afford a Inkjet printer.
You only need a printer for print then cut projects. They do make printable vinyl for laser printers. I’m brand new to circuit joy xtra, can I set this up on my iPad and an android phone? I set it up first on my iPad and while I was watching your tutorial I wanted to set it up on my phone. So I tried to sign in and it ask if I forgot my password. I had put everything in correctly. So what did I do wrong?

I just finished watching the joy xtra setting up vid. I tried to get the “cricut kick-off handbook” sent to me via my email and it hasn’t come through? What do I do?
New subscriber! The paper we got were smaller than A4! When i put it in to cut the demo design it the paper slided around and did not cut the design properly!
Only smart materials can be used without a mat. Anything else needs to go on a mat.
How do you get the handbook?

If you are already setup then you can just add a shape to your canvas to test cut🥰
What is the difference between all of the machines?

I haven’t purchased yet thinking of joy extra I am a beginner, want to use to put on cups, at Christmas sew stocking and put name on fabric etc.. is joy extra a good choice I might make cards and labels

My Apple computer wouldn't set up, I pulled out my iPad and it hooked up really quick. That was yesterday, today I tried on the computer again and it worked. I don't know what I did different but watching your video gave me the incentive to try again.

One more question: How to cut again? Noticed that on all the other cricuts even the orginial joy, I can cut again without unloading. Don't need a material specific setting but just in case in just didn't cut on this one cut. Haven't once seen it pop back up to rerun on anything that I have cut on the Joy Xtra, including smart materials
I would like to know this as well. Perhaps there will be an update to make this possible.

The Crichton Kickoff book is free. The Crichton Coach Playbook is not.
What's difference between the two Joys?
The difference Susan is that the Cricket Joy has a cutting width of approximately 4.5 inches whereas the Cricut Joy Extra can cut up to A4 size card stock, so basically twice the size of the baby Joy, I think it’s faster to, hope this helps 😊
Also the Xtra has the ability to do the Print and Cut feature.
