I was at the 2020 Florida game, the 2021 Bama game, and the 2018 Clemson game, but I have never heard louder cheers than the Quartney Davis TD catch at 0:00 to push us to OT against LSU in 2018. That was such a roller coaster of a game. I’m excited to see the moments that come out of the return of the t.u. rivalry game.

It legit sounded like a jet engine roaring in my ear. Even the announcers had a hard time talking it was so loud
Say what you want about Jimbo, but him going off on those refs for a solid minute straight during the Clemson game was really cathartic. He was voicing the frustration and righteous indignation we were all feeling in that moment.

Especially that Alabama game, I probably stood in my spot for 30 minutes after the game ended just to soak it all in. I was convinced that Jimbo would bring us a natty. And then I got to experience the 2022/23 seasons as a student, and we all know how that went 😂

Rewatching that Clemson call, I still can't believe that, with the literal BILLIONS of dollars college football generates, there aren't cameras for EVERY angle in the endzone? There should be one down the goal line from both sides, ones on the sides and back of the endzone and one looking down directly over the pylon. Same for the uprights of the field goal, too. Hate these calls where you have to look at a wonky angle and can't say for sure. ESPECIALLY when the call is the difference between a ball being out of bounds or the other team getting a touchback. That said, I've also long said that the ball going out of bounds of the SIDE of the endzone being a touchback is a stupid rule. Out the back, sure. But the side? That ball should be placed on the 2 yard line. Or, if you want to make it punitive, then it goes to the 5 yard line.
After watching this, i cant wait for Nov 30. That game could be our turning point. I believe Mike Elko is going to bring a winning culture to Kyle Field. Texas will have a tall task this year.

Don't know where you're hearing that but we've never been scared of little brother in Austin. Bring it and see what the SEC is all about. t.u. about to get a rude awakening. We've made mistakes in coaching before but I think we have that straitened out and will be competing for a national title within 3-5 years.
