nothing better than seeing a 300 pound guy run with the football
@@rustyshackleford1114fucking genius; a league of only linemen/strangely fit obese guys but playing different positions
I would say seeing a fat guy score. Because then you get fat guy celebrations. Which always are the best
What’s crazy is most running backs in the nfl weigh at least 215 lol them sun bitches are all big men lol
"The first refrigerator to score" 🤣🤣 these announcers are brutal

My favorite part about most of these plays is that once the big men have the ball, every single one of their teammates are giving their absolute all to make sure they get as many yards as they can
Absolutely! Was just gonna say the same thing. It always seems like everyone else just gets so excited when they realize a lineman has the ball. They know this is likely the only time he’s ever gonna do this and they all find another gear trying to get him to the house 😂 It rarely happens though, partly because the big guys just don’t have the speed or stamina, but also because the other team has the opposite reaction-they do NOT want to be on the bad end of one of these “big man with the ball” highlights so they work their asses off to shut it down.
Except the first play, if those dipshits paid any attention he would have had a touchdown
@@djp928I agree, but I think it has to do with speed. The lineman are slow that EVERYONE catches up to him. Essentially everyone on the defense his quicker than him so it's pretty easy for those guys to catch up and jump out for a block
That stiff arm to Matt Ryan after the int was just cold
What was the flag for, I wonder? Surely it wasn't for the stiff arm, but with the league treating qbs like children, it wouldn't surprise me.
Still blows my mind watching Larry Allen chase down that linebacker who intercepted Aikman. I know he had the angle but that stride was insane from such a bulky lineman.
I was confused for a second, I was like, that is a linebacker, not really a big gu........ooooh.
For those of us who were in the Superdome for this [Fall 1994] game (just 3 rows from the top from the far end zone of this play unwinding), regardless of who was pulling/cheering for in respects to their team, we ALL were amazed watching Larry Allen drop down & kick-in the over drive sprint to run down that defender & (unfortunately) prevent the Pick 6! Oh my, Big Man Hauling! Javon Kearse was known as “The Freak”, as I would like to submit that Larry Allen be known as the “Runaway Freight”, as he easily is one of the top 2 fastest Offensive Line Guards to play the position, EVER!
"had the angle" is deceiving isn't it? He ran a longer route because it was the hypotenuse
@@highviewbarbell yeah, that is the general definition when people say someone had " the angle"..it means they ran the hypotenuse.
It's so wholesome how supportive the teammates are.
Haha always fun to see the big guy getting absolutely swarmed by the usual scorers
The way the announcers collectively say “Larry ALLEN!” always gets me 😅
Larry Allen was such a phenomenal player!
All these plays are really great, but the Larry Allen play will always be my favorite of these!
I love watching the teammates of the big guy with the ball. All those quick DBs and LBs instantly want to protect that lineman more than the secret service protects the president. They know something special is going down and they'll be damned if they let an offensive player make a tackle.
Seeing the teammates so pumped for their big man is the best part.
Exactly!! They like seeing a big guy huffing and puffing toward the end-zone even better than we do 😂👍
“Watch out, the earth is shaking” is wild 💀😂
Big guy moments are always the most fun. When they get a big play, there is a genuine happiness radiating from them.
Larry Allen! Probably the best part of the highlights for me. He really hustled on that play.
That chase down ranks up there with Ben Watson's chase down of Champ Bailey, IMO.
A guy that big able to run that fast is terrifying. NFL chase down tackle speed from a dude that's 325 - good grief.
I love that you got Penei’s first down for the Lions in here. It’s an innocuous play, but it sealed the deal for the Lions win that day, and it occurred during their hot streak that got them to the doorstep of the playoffs in a season where nobody expected them to even compete!
That one play with the Vikings center seeing the football fly back and he runs his butt off to get the first down will always be surprising to me
Love it when the big guys get the ball and that charge the commentator's even get excited. And when they get a touchdown the whole team goes crazy
I love the teamwork. As soon as the big guy gets it everyone else runs hard to get him some blocking.
I remember 0:35 couldn't score because he wasn't eligible but it was such an awesome moment that you could tell everybody on the field wished they could give it to him anyway. 😂
Vince GOATED. Drops into coverage in the flat when he sees no one picking it up. Fucking legend
"This is like a freighter coming into port!" 😂😂😂
JJ Watt was easily the best lineman ever at not only getting tipped passes, but catching those tips
Coulda filled up this entire video with clips of him either catching touchdowns or snatching picks.
Nothing makes a commentator more giddy than big man with the ball. Such a joy to watch
0:23 " ITS ALL INSTINCT!" 😂😂😂
Chris Collinsworth's "Oh you gotta be kidding me" never gets old
I still think the Larry Allen moment is one of the greatest in NFL history.
The Hubbard return will always be one of my favorites. All around amazing defensive play. Gotta give it to Andrews though, he has some speed
What I love is that every teammate hustles and outruns to block for the big guys. That's a teammate
Pfft- Dontari Poe's play is my favorite. The basketball shot like pass was perfect.
That Dallas guy running down the interception was AWESOME!
Yep - each new generation gets to see that for the first time and it always has tremendous impact.
That Larry Allen play was incredible. How on earth did he do that?! He broke the laws of physics right there.
These big fellas or line players, don't get paid as much or as much shine as the star positions but when they get their opportunity to shine and deliver, they always all effort. They never know when and if they will ever get another fumble or INT to score again, so these moments are all or nothing to them. It puts a smile on my face.
Vince Wilfork is such a special guy. Love that dude
As a refrigerator myself, I absolutley love how their team mates fight the opposition so they can have a longer run with the ball.
Those big men are alot faster than I expected.
"Im tired, boss."

@@joepalladino9257 and the dozen blocks to get him his 100 yards return
Bears scored 46 points in Super Bowl XX. Ditka had that two ton bahemoth score a TD with sweetness on the sideline. Never forgive Ditka for that.
Payton had a lousy game. He had an opportunity to score. Poor little walter. Boo hoo. His team wins the super dooper bowl but he didn’t score a touchdown. 😢😢
If you look, they didn't score very many touchdowns on offense. Ditka actually said in an interview later that not getting Payton a touchdown was the worst thing, but they also expected to be in that position more.
@@samuelhowie4543 What you just wrote is definitely true, but, come on Walter, your team just won the super bowl.
Walter’s stats for the big game were pretty pedestrian, but he contributes in other ways, such as blocking, and being a decoy.

Yo that “first refrigerator to score” crack had me laughing so hard!
"The Bears have the fridge. I'm the freezer." LOL!
I just love those big defense guys running with the ball like there’s no tomorrow. Priceless
4:05 Larry Allen's run down is the best "Big Man" moment.
Get this man some oxygen.
It may not be the most impressive play, but 8:19 that whole play was insane. Imagine getting to the one yard line, go to drive it in and this happens.
Say what you will about Chris Collinsworth, but his exclamation of "Oh, you've gotta be kidding me!!", on the Dan Connely kick return, is one of the funniest things I've ever heard.
This is why football is the greatest sport ever. Big man with ball.
Big man touchdowns rock!
Vince Wilfork: You don’t hit the wall, the wall hits you. 😂
I got to meet Refrigerator Perry in a Walmart in Reno NV in 1997. He was set up at a little table signing black and white pics of his TD at SBXX. My wife told me to go say hello while she shopped. I approached the table and shook his hand. He talked to me for almost 45 minutes.
During that time, no one else stopped by. When my wife was done paying, she stopped by to see how much his signed pics were. He said $15, but because I was the only person to stop and say hello in the past hour, he signed one and just gave it to me.
I tried paying, but he said he appreciated me just letting him talk about his NFL days. I still have that picture.
I just love big man moments... regardless of team you will them on with emotion. They are so huge you know they are giving it absolutely everything!
I say this for most football fans we enjoy when the big guys get a big play with the ball
Makes my heart smile seeing the big brothers push that Rock up the field!!💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
He was waiting for that moment his whole life!!!😂 so good!!!
These are the moments I love the NFL for, when big man with the ball comes to town.
Keith Traylor had 2 career picks. The 67 yarder we see in the video and a 62 yard TD when he was with Denver.
Nothing brings me more joy than seeing these moments
😂00:10 LOL, that's huge! They're pushing him to give him speed and support him. A wonderful proof of camaraderie.
Larry Allen did the DK chase down decades before DK did lol
Few things in life bring me as much joy as seeing the big guys catch a td pass or make an interception.
Not just because I’m a diehard Cowboy, but just watch Larry Allen. Holy cow. Best o-lineman ever and best athlete at the position.
Larry Allen was a freak of nature like very few in history... He was immense in every sense of the word. Heavy like a lineman, outrageously strong, and could run against many great runner (I think he had a 40-yard dash at 4.5)
The speed with which he ran down the linebacker still baffles me today
Is your refrigerator running?
-The refrigerator
Big man plays are always the best to watch. They never get old!
Oh man! That was so fun to watch!!
0:07 voice crack
These will always be my favorite highlights
In Kyle Williams final game in 2017 or 2019 he scored a TD on the goal line vs the dolphins! Should be on the list
4:39 was a brutal stiff arm😂😂
A lot of these guys had played either full back or tight end in high school or college only becoming a lineman of tackle in the pro game.
Man do I love seeing a well-placed block!
The Nick Bosa pick and return vs the Panthers was a dope moment for him.
I love seeing the teammates of the big guys absolutely dogpile them after doing something huge
Just think that William Perry at 308 was the heaviest player in the NFL in '85... 😂😂
Having been a lineman in HS, seeing these highlights makes me smile and have the flashbacks of scoring like Al Bundy
how can you NOT love a big man play ?
They're the best
On the Dan Connelly run, I love to watch #34 of the Pats. Everyone else is running full tilt, and he just runs by them like they’re standing still, so he can get up and block for the ball carrier. Just a great example of hustle. 👍
Before I Clicked on the video I was like, “They better have my man, ‘Big Keith Traylor’ on here” and man the smile on my face when it was the first clip haha!
Dan Connelly was the best. I remember watching that game live and hes doing his bread basket lineman thing thinking hes going to get tackled after 5 yards. Just terrified of fumbling and ends up 71 yards down field haha 😂
I love the line. Rumbling, bumbling & stumbling
I was at the stadium for the Hubbard Yard Dash, great moment for the big guys.
Larry allen with the GAS GAS GAS
Gatta love the big fellas! Made me smile
Linval Joeseph got a tattoo after that pick 6! The Vikings logo, with shades and the oxygen mask he had on the sideline afterwards. 😂 One badass dude.
Larry Allen has got to be the best big man moment. Catches are one thing, a run down tackle for someone that size. Man please.
Whats crazy is that those dudes are that BIG and got some wheels on them! Geesh!
There's an ancient code that dates back to the oldest cul-de-sacs of 4500 BC, that when your big man has the ball you do whatever you have to get him over the goal line.
I will always enjoy seeing big man with ball
Seeing the 85 Bears run Fridge up the cut...my Eagles need to do the same with with Mailata. Anyone that has seen his rugby highlights knows, you aren't stopping him at the goal line, he is falling forward everytime.
7:40 Hell yeah DeMarcus Lawrence! Man he's good.
The Robert Hunt "TD" is so fantastic
What’s awesome to me is that on television these big guys look bigger than average, but in person they are absolutely _enormous_ human beings.
I could watch this forever... And the way guys are blocking for them is amazing.
Awesome!
"That one registered at 3.8" lmao
Please do a video of "Worst give up plays" aka plays where a player gave up and got lazy and ended up in the coaches dog house as a result.
2:08 “the first refrigerator to score” 🤣🤣🤣
Way more hype than normal plays
LOVE seeing the BIG BOYS making some plays!!!
Love these moments
Those big men got down the field and ran with that ball protected like any coach would want all of his offense to do.
Edit: hats off for doing something that you were probably never trained for. Just out of instinct!
Love it!
No matter which team you’re a fan of, we can all agree. Big man with the ball makes us smile.

Love the big fellas!!
They make coaches smile with their protection of the ball in traffic. Makes them wish their very expensive players would try to do the SAME!!! ugh,,,,
