2) 10 title defenses
3) 2-division champ
GSP is the WW GOAT, Usman ain't even close.
It's not even close dude GSP is a league above
It’s crazy how he expresses his fear and then overcomes it and builds confidence right away, and this is coming from a killer much respect.
Love you George, you'll always be my best UFC fighter of all time.
wow it's amazing how GSP talks about how he builds up his mindset/confidence minutes before the fight leading all the way up till the bell rings, just amazing!
Agreed! It makes me want to go rewatch some of his fights.
Gsp is the greatest mma fighter of all time
Jhony Hendricks ❤
@@rodriguezporsiempre6629 Hendricks lost a decision to gsp in 2013 both in their primes
@@rodriguezporsiempre6629juicehead lost lol
GSP and Kamaru- two 🐐
do You think they can beat Shavkat Rakhomonov🇰🇿?
@@IsenathiDyantyi Very good question. My take is Shavkat beats Gsp. Shavkat also beats Usman but if Usman was champ I would lean towards Usman.
Georges is such a gentleman. He's impossible to hate. Awesome interview!!
New favourite mma pod. Kamaru is very calm when he speaks… Has a great style for long format conversations
always a pleasure listening to GSP
Mcgregor vs Aldo is a prime example of manifesting and the power of having confidence. Great episode!
This manifestation thing didn’t help against kebab though
@@besmart2350nah that’s was after hungry Connor. Hungry Connor had some magic or voodoo shit I swear. It was like his destiny, no glaze but u just knew he’d win against Aldo and eddie
@@yuno6097 hungry Conor would’ve still lost to kеbаb. Kеbаb wrestling bears since childhood put him too far ahead of anyone. Regardless of when they fought, kеbаb would still win I believe. It’s just impossible to catch up to raw skill with voodoo magic alone. Nothing he could do. The only thing that would’ve changed that if he spent everyday on the mat, hiring coaches from Dagestan or Chechnya and improving the wrestling department for 7 years straight. He choose another path instead. The path of becoming a businessman, an actor, possibly a politician.
I can watch GSP fight and talk for hours. Amazing insights from GOATs. Thank you gents.
this is honestly a great podcast. getting full insight on the nerves and what it feels like to be a professional fighter on the highest level is interesting af
Man the best thing that Kamaru could do was this podcast to let people know his true personality. He is really a thoughtful strategic fighter, my respect for him has gone way up.
GSP is such a classy guy. He said he felt bad for his trash talk to Matt Hughes. Greatest UFC Champion.
Man what an incredible episode! Pound 4 Pound is quickly becoming one of my favorite podcasts. Loved hearing the in depth analysis and insights from three of the great UFC champions, so much knowledge of the fight game between them, the chill vibe between GSP and Kamaru was a treat, you can tell they have a ton of respect for each other. Pound 4 Pound’s guests keep getting better and better, Francis, Dana White and now GSP. Keep the podcast episodes coming guys. 😊🎧
Like if George IS the greatest WW of all time ❤
Hes not. Its Kamaru.
💯
@@okallup8012 explain?
It’s tough…. Usman needs to get that 2nd Edwards loss back (he arguably beat Khamzat)
Arguably but Khamzat really won that but barely. @BrandonBreathes
I love George bcs I’ve never seen anyone more humble, never.and he also has a beautiful heart, that is someone that deserves respect
The legacy in this podcast is crazy look at those 3 resume its insane
As much as I like Usman, he isn’t on the GSP level. George’s was so dynamic and so fast with his take downs. The best wrestlers in the ufc didn’t see GSPs takedowns coming. But that Usman/Chimaev fight, told us ALOT about Kamarus, heart, strength, integrity and toughness. If there was no GSP, Usman would most likely be the goat.
Bro it might be bitter but gsp wasnt winning against prime usman...fighters evolve..the sport is new
@@Astrokobidead GSP was ahead of the curve, still to this day fighters are not throwing his signature superman jab\cross to a low kick. fighters don't always evolve, not in this case, GSP was a way more complete fighter than Masvidal\Covington\Usman\Burns.
@@Astrokobidead There is just like a 5 year gap during their reign. People acting like GSP was fighting in the 90's lmao. GSP has more win rate and has more title defenses. It's not even close GSP is one of the MMA GOATS
@@ambersonerikson3122 he was fighting bums like Matt serra fan hardy ffs...nobody does those moves because they have already being drilled in every fighter nowadays
@vincentlaw9006 firstly it was almost 6 years from gsp last fighting for the belt and usman winning it...secondly 6 years is a lot of time in a sport which I'd less than 35 years old....usman isn't greater than gsp because of the accolades but he definitely has more power more stamina greater chin while gsp is only better in kicks and submissions...
this new podcast is actually fire
Man, this conversation was great and a lot of fun
Kamaru is such a sound guy. Great show of respect here from an absolute legend TO an absolute legend.
Thanks for the episode fellas.
I'm not going to lie, I'm a bit biased because I'm Canadian. But to me, GSP will forever be the GOAT. He's the classiest, most inspirational fighter to ever grace the Octagon. Especially as someone who lives with extreme anxiety. It's just great to see someone who dealt with his own anxiety head on, and managed to retain a legacy as one of the greatest athletes of all time.
Well done, gentleman. This one was a real pleasure to watch and listen to. This podcast is picking up a lot of steam very quickly. Bravo 👏
Can we get DC, Khabib and Islam on ?
That will be fire
🥱🥱🥱💤💤💤😴most wackiest crew
That will generate million views
It will be fun
Nahhh… they busy doing good things out there for humanity… leave them alone bruh 💀💀💀🥲🤣
Man this is truly a wholesome concept when you take in account the context of this sport and the current days we live in.
Three fighters, three dangerous men but mainly three human beings bonding over their shared way of expression while being self aware about the paradox they represent as martial artists.
This kind of content is truly what the sports needed, it's great that athletes, whether actively competing or not take the time to nurture these platforms.
I love that GSP brought up the Tibau fight because I always thought he won that fight.
Oh man I started to watch UFC on the end of 2020, I just wish I had start to watch it when GSP was on his prime, what a nice guy.
Me too! I started watching UFC after 2019.
OMGGGGGG GSPPPPPPP !!!!!!! thats already the best podcast ever!!
Settle down cowboy
Pls make GSP a regular. Him and Kamaru have a good chemistry. Loving how Henry is also always ask's the hard questions. Good show!!!
Georges is such a class act. The true goat fr
oh man, listening to gsp talk about the khabib fight that never happened makes me wanna see that fight even more even if i know its not gonna happen now. Man that would have been great. What a great interview that was, truly
What a wholesome convo for all fight fans. It’s beautiful to see the respect kamaru has towards GSP and vice versa.
Great conversation! 3 legends.
Henry talks about himself more than anyone without being asked 😂
dude.. GSP was telling such a nice story and he just jumps in to say his bullshit.
Little man syndrome
Impeccable timing for this podcast.
3 legends in the same room, enjoy the moment folks.
GSP is the GOAT, the UFC wouldn't be nearly as big without him. True professional and role model in every sense of the word!
GSP is always too nice and humble while being down to earth of a person. He has fought most black belts and elite wrestlers in MMA history and beaten different eras. Not many can say this...
Beating diff era of fighters don't mean much when comparing Gsps era to fighters today. Undefeated Khamzat and Shavkat, Leon, these are very elite grapplers. Gsp has not faced this level.
They may not have the same wrestling credentials as Gsps opponents but they dominate Gsps competition.
@@kenmoraes6843 MMA has certainly evolved but GSP has fought and beaten up to 4-5 degree jiu jitsu black belts, numerous D1/NCCA wrestlers and etc. Nobody else have done it.
@@alcottdevalte7440 it's an amazing feat. But still does not compare to the grappling of an undefeated Russian from that part of the world.

Wow 3 legends of the sport chopping it up. Subscribed
Did not expect this, hope this podcast receives the recognition, having GSP is a great guest
that was fantastic! great vibes
This is amazing, 3 of the greatest masters of mma in one room talking and dropping knowledge learnt from time. This is precious and I really enjoy and appreciate this. Thank you
Born and raised Canadian here. I've been watching UFC for 20+ years and GSP is responsible for the massive explosion in MMA years ago in Canada in my opinion. Canada loves GSP!!!

@@nam56903 L's in a row that's for sure 😂
best mentallity podcast ive heard, gsp is the goat not only in the cage but outside, similar to what ali was, nothing but admiration for him
Usman talking about khabibs pressure was truly masterful. Why I love to see legends talk about the game. Khabib is gonna drown you. No matter if your tagging him up he’s gonna keep coming forward at you at a ridiculous pace with a crazy good jab and when you slip up once it’s chain wrestling and crazy amount of top pressure
GSP is the welterweight GOAT and I have him #2 all time after Jon Jones. He’s my favorite fighter all time. What he did in the sport was phenomenal. A true martial artist.
How do u compare gsp to a steroid cheat
GSP the GOAT is here! 🐐 🇨🇦
I'm so excited about this episode. I'm loving this the more I watch and go on this journey with you guys!!

GSP is such a humble guy, one of the greats and he is very smart breaking down MMA. A talent we all have the luck to watch in the cage.
