It's funny. I JUST jumped on the Hotline Miami train all these years later, by playing the Hotline Miami Collection on Switch. Now, I didn't let myself get spoiled by ANYTHING, so I was REALLY surprised that there were only two games; I had assumed it was a trilogy. I beat both games over the course of a week or so, and the most sobering moment in my playthrough was right before the nukes fell. When the U.S. and Russian presidents were both assassinated, I was like, "this is why there's no third game, isn't there?" And sure enough, yeah... Oh, and in that bonus scene where you start a new game after end credits...as an aspiring writer myself, Richard's words, "I am the opposite of why you're writing your book," hit REALLY hard. * chef's kiss *
@@Ougerosity598 Story-wise it could be hard but not really impossible to make a third game. Even in a post-apocalyptic world there will be guns and melee weapons and maniacs running around killing people. And apparently 50 Blessings wasn't super suicidal, since there is this bonus scene "Abyss" where Evans finds an apparent safehouse of them with life-sustaining technology as well as a vault where they could attempt to sit out the worst of the nuclear mayhem. So you would still have possibilities to include them and naturally other rogue and bloodthirsty individuals and groups. But yeah, the whole "Miami" flair would probably be lost and thus it wouldn't be much of a "Hotline >Miami
TheUberMedic Bodyguard led a dark life but wanted out to actually live his life then met a cruel end. His hands weren't as dirty as his boss Son but weren't the cleanest either.
I'm thinking about making a series of videos detailing some of the other things in the series (Richard, 50 Blessings, Russo-American war). Is that something you would you like to see?
I finished the game with some larger break inbetween, but I kinda noticed instantly, since I remembered the animal mask the fans wore and that they all went into the same building and eventually got killed by son (or somebody at least, I didn't remember at that point anymore) when you were playing them.
Actually, I think "caught" should be at the end. It just makes more sence. Pardo gets paranoid thinking he made a mistake (leaving a murder weapon at the scene), assumes the police are onto him and awaits their arrival with the gun in his hand as shown in the end credits. The way you tell it it's: he gets paranoid thinking he los the incriminating gun, uses this gun AGAIN to kill Tony, goes on a few rampages as if nothing happened only to get paranoid again and then awaits the police to come get him. And I don't think the hallucinations involving Richard are brough on by guilt, regret, etc. They appear before the character's death warning them about it. And in the opening cinematic to the hard mode he criticises them for not listening. And also he refers to the words spoken by other characters in those hallucinations as his own. Basically implying that it was him making those hallucinations. Hence Richard is revealed to be some sort of Angel of Death.
Yeah, the person who is strangled and gutted can be seen kidnapped in Pardo's car in the Dead Ahead intro. Pardo also plants the victim's wallet as evidence in Alex's apartment. In this video, the murder is shown happening before Dead Ahead which doesn't make sense.
I agree and i've seen people make similar observations about Richard, although he appears to Jacket only to warn him of his comatose state rather than impending doom
@@thatguy6919 Richard in 1 is more part of Jacket's psyche, Richard in 2 embodies Death itself and most people think of Jacket when they think of death, ergo choosing to see the mask he wore when he caused so much bloodshed as the literal Grim Reaper. This suggests that the Colonel's attack on the American and Russian presidents have started, or that the riots are getting out of control. - Manny takes out the issued magnum he uses to kill Tony in Death Wish, since in the nightmare, he left it behind as evidence that could have exposed his identity as the Miami Mutilator. And as you can tell right before he gets nuked, he barricades his own home due to thinking that the police will show up at his house and bust in (which they never do). It wouldn't make sense otherwise if he didn't barricade himself in his home at any other time during the story. So Caught must have taken place right before the nuclear war started.
+Valkerone So, does that mean, that if Pardo went to his job, he could've saved the entire USA? (I mean, he killed so many, he can face a worthless general)
By the way, it's not confirmed that Jake is actually one of the soldiers that fought in hawaii. Heck, they have completely different personalities and looks - Jake has green eyes when the soldier has orange eyebrows and black eyes.
***** Yeah, I didn't notice the differences between Jake and the Soldier until after I made the video. However, Jake does tell the man from 50 Blessings that he's a member and many members have military experience. Also, the way he kills the gangsters seems to imply that he's had previous experience. The game series is definitely confusing. They use unreliable narrators, so we can't always discern what's real.

Anyone else noticed the body in Pardo's car when heading to Alex's house? It was the weirdest thing, i missed my car door, went to the back and SOMEONE WAS TIED UP. But this was never explained in the rest of the game. Could be an easter egg or something to fk with the players.
Its all cool, at least i know i aint crazy lol. So im guessing that Pardo's initial illusion at the scene of the crime puts him as the killer all along, kinda like meeting his own Tyler Durden o.O
Lol, thanks man, your vid really helped get the whole thing together. Theses two games are the weirdest most action packed pieces ive touched after Enter the gungeon, which was after it ironically. Great job on the videos btw! I havent touched the bonus chapter since the pickup item is in that No-Retry Alt ending Mission (chap 13 i think) and i hear it doesnt have that much of an impact on the story - No hotline miami 3 secret DLC level lol
Yeah, they're fantastic in my opinion. I always love coming back and playing them. Although I like the first one better than the second! Lol. Thanks, man! I worked hard on them, and didn't really expect them to be as popular as they are. Oh, yeah, it's a pain in the butt. Yeah, the bonus chapter doesn't add much. It's a pretty difficult level too. Nah, the secret HLM3 stuff was after the credits. Lol.
I do believe that Beard's convenience store scene is off timeline. He speaks of the photograph with Jacket, which means the scene occurs before Jacket tackles Father & Grandfather (following which, Jacket discards it). Which confuses me even more. Unless that's a different photo Pretty much same as Jake's death happened during HM1, as you find Jake's mask on his corpse, in the same room he was executed in HM2
Actually Beard appearing in HM1 is just Jackets hallucinations. Beard died earlier. Plus why would Beard be a convenience store clerk, a pizza guy, a bartender and a VHS store clerk at the same time lol.
I figured as much, but he dies by nuclear exposure, isn't he? An event that occured much later in the timeline. I still don't get why would the rockets would target Richter at Hawaii, though
I think there was another bomb that went off in LA (Beards area) before the events of HM2. In the comics, which is before HM2, mentioned that LA got bombed and the americans began to be mad on Russia. Hence why Jake hates Russians. The Richter thing, I think Russia bombed America not just the US i think.
There has to be a few days worth of break between the interview and the nuking of Miami; The actor who played The Pig Butcher's girlfriend and the one who accidentally killed Martin is shown dying in the nuking sequence. Assuming the interview wasn't prerecorded.
XxX_Jon boner nigga you joking? daniels has his scar on 1985 if daniels is jake then pls explain how the fuck this could be,and why the hell would he tatoo his eyes?
XxX_Jon boner They have COMPLETELY different personalities. Daniels is a calm, dedicated-to-his-friends school teacher, and Jake is a nailgun-wielding ultranationalist confederacist that dies on his second (maybe third, didn't bother counting) mission.
This needs a lot more views. Hotline Miami 2 timeline is confusing as shit and sometimes it still doesn't make sense, but they can get away with it since we're not even completely sure what is considered REAL in these games.
so actually son doesnt kills tony , kills corey and mark , on roof , on a mission son kills alex and ash with a revolver not with a axe , anyway , when he reaches nirvana's rainbow bridge its actually the edge of building which he falls to death with . then tony drags corey and mark to a room . somewhy tries to surrender and get shot in the forehead . man i love this game .
ZEN XEN it seems like Richard (The chicken) always appears to people to tell them about bad things that will happen in the future. So when they put on the chicken masks it makes them say their last words that happen later when they die on the roof.
One of the soldiers in Hawaii was not named Jake , but Daniels. Jake is a whole new character. Daniels died in powerplant explosion, trying to save Barnes.
Worth mentioning also during Evan's showdown with the subway thugs that he could snap from being a non-killing good guy into something as psychotically lethal as the rest of the cast if he pushed certain non-lethal executions too far.
You got me thinking too and I may have the answer, in one of the missions Manny keeps a shotgun in his trunk, at the murder scene its never specified what kind of shell casings are found. Since the Mutilator (Manny) preforms his mutilations after death, this does not seem unlikely. It could be that Manny's deranged mind bungled the identity of the gun used. Or Manny being either over dramatic or deranged, manually ejected the shells from his revolver. Or it's an oversight of the devs, lol.
@@tanknate3606 All modern conventional revolvers have shells, so its possible he ejected them manually for some reason. Perhaps shooting the corpse after a reload. A deranged mind is difficult to account for. Or the dev's never considered this.
It's worth noting that the game seems to imply Martin loses his distinction between fiction and reality during his interview. He embraces his film role as Jacket too strongly and gets arrested for kidnapping the lead actress and shackling her to Jacket's old apartment. The "situation at the station" after Pardo's dream probably refers to Martin's jail break as he goes on a real-life killing spree in which he hallucinates the film set when the lead actress shoots him with a cop's gun. This is evidenced by the fact that the SWAT officer in the jail break is the exact some guy Pardo talks down to when executing Tony. He was in the phone room with the victim during Martin's jail break and likely used one of the two phones in the room to phone Pardo around this time. Edit: I didn't even notice I made a comment on this video two years ago lol. This game just has so many details. It's like a Kurt Vonnegut novel in a lot of ways: it's non-chronological, it juggles characters around like crazy, it blurs reality and hallucination, and, most importantly, it revels in violence before criticizing it for its pointlessness. Oh, and it's weird as hell.
Actually the jailbreak scene is a portrayal of "Jacket's" actions during "Assault". Midnight Animal (Ie: The "killings" of Martin) is a crude portrayal of the sensationalized Russian Killings conducted by Jacket. So its most likely Martin never killed anyone and was then killed by a mistake in the prop department. I agree he loses his distinction of reality and fiction, evidenced by the dream sequence interview, but the actress expresses surprise that Martin is dead and not acting, suggesting that all of Martin's misdeeds took place within the context of the filming and the blurred distinction only took place within his head. This is perhaps due to a side effect of extreme method acting or due to his suppressed maniacal urges which the film acts as an outlet for. As for the police chiefs appearance this is likely just a reuse of assets, many elite enemies are recycled and occasionally used for plot events, despite being generic characters. I'm basing these conclusions based on the information present on the wiki. So it goes... as the Tralfamadorians say
To clerify Jake is NOT the same person who works with Jacket in the army. It was a mistake made back then but has been clarified now. The army guy's name is daniels and Jake is the other ome they aren't related.
You know, I normally skip the spoiler warnings, but yours was so well done I genuinely decided to back out and play it before watching. To make up for the lost view, I liked the video.
Jake isn't Daniels (the soldier that was with Beard) though, they look very similar but it was confirmed they're not the same person. Besides, they have really different personalities, Daniels is a teacher while Jake is seemingly unemployed, and it's very likely that Daniels died in 85 while Jake was still alive in 89.
Thanks man really appreciate this video, I was so confused with a large majority of the story. I didn't understand anything to do with the fans or the mafia.
Sorry for late answer, but The Abyss can't be cannon. In the first game we can see Jake was killed by russian mafia, so he couldn't get the adresses Evan used to get to the bunker
@@themeatman6984 You can only access The Abyss if you survive that mission and swipe the address before Jake is executed by the 50 Blessings member, and the floppy disk is found on his body in evidence by Evan, so it does make sense within this alternative timeline. Jake being killed by the Russian Mafia is considered the canon ending however and The Abyss mission has surreal elements
It's canon that Jake dies during his mission bc that's where you get the Jake mask in the first game, off his dead body in a room identical to the one in the second game
fallout 5, based in florida after the nuclear attacks, SOOOOOOO much potential for hotline miami memorabilia, yet still set in the fallout universe. just an idea
Hotline Miami gameplay and story with Fallout RPG elements. I can not wait to shoot mutated russian gangsters as Biker with an upgraded power armor and unique minigun while doing quests to gain special executions
My apologies if it's already been said, but Mark is killed by The Son via golf club, not a pipe. Regardless, this was a great summary of Hotline Miami 2's stellar plot. Thanks for putting this together, and I commend you for doing a fine job at doing so!
Based on the video, you state Corey as a male, but at 17:19, when Tony had dragged the dead bodies of Mark and Corey into an encased room, Corey appears to be wearing a sports bra. That means either Corey is really a female... Or people who lived in Miami in the early 90's had a horrible sense of style.
Great video, this series is my favourite series of games ever, the story, gameplay, and art design and the fucking fantastic soundtrack is all just amazing There's speculation that Jake and Daniels are not the same person, but Jake does mention he has military experience so it's all up to interpretation, though Jake has green eyes and Daniels has dark grey eyes
I freaking love this series. It's a feeling that crept up on me. It's not that I didn't like it at first, but the more I played it, the more it became one of my favorites. Lol. The Soundtrack of both games is amazing! I listen to those by themselves sometimes. Yeah, I was trying to make a connection that wasn't there when I made this. Squatch Gaming Official no worries, everything else seemed pretty perfect, then again aside from what we were directly told it's all just speculation. Awesome video! You did an amazing job piecing everything together

Great one! It's ALMOST perfect. It would be 100% perfect but (no offense) you didn't mentioned about lots of "combinations" like 50 Blessings signs everywhere, connections with the 1st HM, and other details. But still: professional/10 :)
SON no,but...i would put a better final, like:everybody dies in shotfights, evan leaves his book and live with his family,50 blessings is atacked by the rusian mobsters and kills everybody. not a nuclear explosion...is...a bad end
THR333Sync They were the ones leaving the phone messages. They eliminated the Russian Mafia, and then disappeared. Or something like that. Thanks for watching!
THR333Sync They were members of the 50 Blessings, the ones sending the phonecalls. As you can see at the end of the game, the 50 Blessings, commanded by the general (the bald guy on the Hawaii missions) were planning to stage a coup on the US government and kick the Russians out, as the US were a satellite state of the URSS since they lost the Hawaiian War. The results were... Well... Have you ever played Fallout?
Its pretty much intended that you never fully understand, much like the Metal Gear Solid games. Otherwise they wouldn't incorporate unreliable narrators and would have told the story chronologically. It really adds to the story and supports the themes concerning insanity and ambiguity. The wiki can help make sense of it.
Im not going to explain, but there is alot of important information that is missed in this video. Good job on the video....but some information is false...
FriggitsXx x Tons of it. I was rushing, didn't read the comics, was trying to form my own ideas of the story without looking it up (bad idea! Thank you for watching!

It was the weirdest thing, i missed my car door, went to the back and SOMEONE WAS TIED UP. But this was never explained in the rest of the game.
Could be an easter egg or something to fk with the players.
Well, there is an explanation, but you kinda have to connect some dots in order to discern the truth...
I missed that tidbit for my video. Haha.
Its all cool, at least i know i aint crazy lol.
So im guessing that Pardo's initial illusion at the scene of the crime puts him as the killer all along, kinda like meeting his own Tyler Durden o.O
There you go! He's the Miami Mutilator!
That's a good descriptor to that scene as well. I like that!
Unless that's a different photo
Pretty much same as Jake's death happened during HM1, as you find Jake's mask on his corpse, in the same room he was executed in HM2
Мико Лещенко they didnt russian president got assassinated russia sent nukes to hawai (the closest target) and miami
Gaz Fives beard was in san francisco not la
No no no no no no, Jake isn't one of the Ghost Wolves. He looks similar, but the big guy in the squad is Daniels, not Jake.
There has to be a few days worth of break between the interview and the nuking of Miami; The actor who played The Pig Butcher's girlfriend and the one who accidentally killed Martin is shown dying in the nuking sequence. Assuming the interview wasn't prerecorded.
That nuke got one hell of a multikill. No one will ever beat that combo.
jake isnt the guy from the war,he has no scar, different eyes etc.
XxX_Jon boner nigga you joking? daniels has his scar on 1985 if daniels is jake then pls explain how the fuck this could be,and why the hell would he tatoo his eyes?
XxX_Jon boner ok either youre really stupid or like making really stupid jokes m9
XxX_Jon boner yes it is
XxX_Jon boner They have COMPLETELY different personalities. Daniels is a calm, dedicated-to-his-friends school teacher, and Jake is a nailgun-wielding ultranationalist confederacist that dies on his second (maybe third, didn't bother counting) mission.
+MrAKNerd the phone hud Ceo is the guy from the war i think
This needs a lot more views.
Hotline Miami 2 timeline is confusing as shit and sometimes it still doesn't make sense, but they can get away with it since we're not even completely sure what is considered REAL in these games.
so actually son doesnt kills tony , kills corey and mark , on roof , on a mission son kills alex and ash with a revolver not with a axe , anyway , when he reaches nirvana's rainbow bridge its actually the edge of building which he falls to death with .
then tony drags corey and mark to a room . somewhy tries to surrender and get shot in the forehead .
man i love this game .
wow thanks about the explanation..but i dont understand why they talk about roof..please tell me.
ZEN XEN it seems like Richard (The chicken) always appears to people to tell them about bad things that will happen in the future. So when they put on the chicken masks it makes them say their last words that happen later when they die on the roof.
VergilHilts he is the Grim Chicken
One of the soldiers in Hawaii was not named Jake , but Daniels. Jake is a whole new character. Daniels died in powerplant explosion, trying to save Barnes.
Worth mentioning also during Evan's showdown with the subway thugs that he could snap from being a non-killing good guy into something as psychotically lethal as the rest of the cast if he pushed certain non-lethal executions too far.
Hotline Miami 2 in 4 words, "Everyone died. The end."
Not Nirvana, Asgard.
Ah, a man of culture I see
By the end of the day, the game is just a series of VHS tapes played out of order
It get me thinking. How they found shell case if Pardo was using a revolver.
@@thatguy6919 that's what he means. Why would Pardo just eject a shell manually from his revolver?
There are some MAJOR things that I've missed on my playthrough, like the fact that Jacket is one of the soldiers. Thanks for the video!
Thanks for watching! There's a lot of mistakes in the video, but I'm glad it cleared things up for you!
"Leaving this world is not as scary as it sounds" The best quote. Plus the music setting in.
“If you intend to play hotline Miami 2...” Sad Australia noises
I was just about to watch it. Thanks for saying it had spoilers. I’ll come back to this vid
I hope you observed the masked team(a.k.a. Corey,Tony,Alex and Ash ,Mark)in hawaii.
Where? D:
Franco Guzmán in the first scene when the soldiers are taking a drink, they are in the bar, without their masks.
obviously, is an easter egg :P
lol i didn't saw them
thanks!
Ty man was quite useful understanding the story because I didn’t understand anything the story was all over the place
To clerify Jake is NOT the same person who works with Jacket in the army. It was a mistake made back then but has been clarified now. The army guy's name is daniels and Jake is the other ome they aren't related.
This is awesome! Thank you so much for all the explanation
And the next games in the series are all Fallouts, the end (obviously joking)
Up next: Hotline New Vegas
oh really thenks bro!!!! you give me a new perspective of the game even when i already play it!!!! this video deserves likeeeeeeees!!!!!
No problem! I'm glad you enjoyed! Thanks for watching and liking!
You should have put the scene of son shooting alex and ash then walking toward the edge of the building to juxtapose the reality of the situation.
@@richenrd oh damn ur right
Thanks man really appreciate this video, I was so confused with a large majority of the story. I didn't understand anything to do with the fans or the mafia.
Sadly no bar of broken heroes or The Abyss.
I think the bar of broken Herod is non canon, and the abyss is a dream Evan has.
Sorry for late answer, but The Abyss can't be cannon. In the first game we can see Jake was killed by russian mafia, so he couldn't get the adresses Evan used to get to the bunker
***** Ah, yeah you are right, So if you finish Withdrawal correctly, you can see an alternate story line, that is some 7th dimension shit
Eric Cousins I wanna see it!
I prefer Hotline Miami 3 instead :)
Or maybe Fallout 5 in Hawaii with a Richter reference here and there?
lol maybe even a Pokemon sun/ moon reference lol
Hotline Miami gameplay and story with Fallout RPG elements. I can not wait to shoot mutated russian gangsters as Biker with an upgraded power armor and unique minigun while doing quests to gain special executions
My apologies if it's already been said, but Mark is killed by The Son via golf club, not a pipe. Regardless, this was a great summary of Hotline Miami 2's stellar plot. Thanks for putting this together, and I commend you for doing a fine job at doing so!
also everyone else dies too. just saying.
Not Biker.
Yeah, biker dies
Gionnie Henry Since that isn't seen on the game,it can't be confirmed.
Juan Fernandez But the nukes
Gionnie Henry The end of the game shows all the protagonists that die.
How do you guys only have 514 subscribers this was amazing! Make that 515!
Jake is not Daniel
Ooooohhhhh, okay a lot of things make much more sense now, thanks for the upload!
Thanks for watching!
Cory is a girl btw.
holy shit....
I finished the game today and I understand it a little. After watching made me understand lots. Thanks man
Based on the video, you state Corey as a male, but at 17:19, when Tony had dragged the dead bodies of Mark and Corey into an encased room, Corey appears to be wearing a sports bra. That means either Corey is really a female...
Or people who lived in Miami in the early 90's had a horrible sense of style.
She a girl. Level editor assets.
Great video, this series is my favourite series of games ever, the story, gameplay, and art design and the fucking fantastic soundtrack is all just amazing
There's speculation that Jake and Daniels are not the same person, but Jake does mention he has military experience so it's all up to interpretation, though Jake has green eyes and Daniels has dark grey eyes
I'm aware that they're not the same person now. Thanks though!
And Thanks for watching!
Squatch Gaming Official no worries, everything else seemed pretty perfect, then again aside from what we were directly told it's all just speculation.
Awesome video! You did an amazing job piecing everything together
Thanks a lot! I worked hard on it! Glad you enjoyed! =)
the henchman/bodyguard didn't steal the money, that was his payment for doing the mission
He found that bag after killing the thugs, but he kept it to himself, which is known as stealing :)
Yoooooo thank you son! I just beat this game was pretty confuse but you just clear this up amazing
👏👏👏
You now what would be fun a free roam hotline Miami like you can go anywhere in Miami and can change characters like from jacket to tony to son
probably a faster paced gta 1-2 with great music and art design
I'd buy it...
Shut up and take my money!
kinda like retro city rampage
Thanks a bunch man, really cleared up these two games
so , Son didnt kill tony , because whe he kills the other fans , alex and ash for example you see their blood when you shoot them or hit them , thats not the case with tony
+Rami Amarilla Well makes sense since it's Pardo who shoots Tony at the end of Deathwish
+Rami Amarilla If you listen to what he said in the video. He scared him off, and with that I'm not trying to put you on the spot in anyway or form.
Such a simple game, but such a convoluted story, thanks for the video, really helped understand the story :)
6:07 That's Jacket's girlfriend ? So identical...
She died in hm1.
Yeah she got shot by richter
you need two subscribers more for the 1.000 :3 congrats!!!!
I know! I'm excited and nervous at the same time! I'm making a video showcasing the journey to 1,000 subscribers, but it's nowhere near done and 1,000 is knocking on my doorstep! Lol.
Thanks for watching, and subscribing if you did!
Am I correct and to assume that the army officer who conducted the coup d'etat is beard's commanding officer.
That's what's implied!
Also implied he started 50 Blessings
"Brutal" - Dead Ahead footage
*HE AIN'T LYIN'*
One takes a rainbow bridge to Valhalla, the home of gods and warriors who die honorably.
Its called the Bifröst
Great one! It's ALMOST perfect. It would be 100% perfect but (no offense) you didn't mentioned about lots of "combinations" like 50 Blessings signs everywhere, connections with the 1st HM, and other details. But still: professional/10 :)
mindblow...
If the janitors were killed in 1989 by biker then how did they visit richter in 1990?
the end with the nuclear explosion is crapp,...really? why that?!
+Julian Rodriguez i think that devs killed everyone on purpose so there is no material left for making another hotline miami
zamrzivac93 that is so bullshit
+Julian Rodriguez well, nobody cares about your opinion, cheers
zamrzivac93 im not saying you bullshit...so...dont fuck with me
SON no,but...i would put a better final, like:everybody dies in shotfights, evan leaves his book and live with his family,50 blessings is atacked by the rusian mobsters and kills everybody.
not a nuclear explosion...is...a bad end
Very appreciative, I was starting to give up on this story and just play
who are the janitors?
THR333Sync They were the ones leaving the phone messages.
They eliminated the Russian Mafia, and then disappeared.
Or something like that.
Thanks for watching!
Squatch Gaming Official thanks
THR333Sync They were members of the 50 Blessings, the ones sending the phonecalls.
As you can see at the end of the game, the 50 Blessings, commanded by the general (the bald guy on the Hawaii missions) were planning to stage a coup on the US government and kick the Russians out, as the US were a satellite state of the URSS since they lost the Hawaiian War.
The results were... Well... Have you ever played Fallout?
Mateo Pedro Gonzale de Azcuenaga who are 5he urss?
Mateo Pedro Gonzale de Azcuenaga who are 5he urss?
I went in to this game blind and was shocked (in a Good way) how none of the main characters are safe.
Asguard, not Nirvana :^)
You have the ending played at the menu screen with a relaxing tune lol.
I'm still confused. =(
How?
Savage
Played the game. I'm a little bit better on the story now.
I miss jacket sometimes I heard that explosion is what causes him to never speak cause shrapnel got in his throat
I don’t think he survived a nuke😂
@@idwiw-8767 no the explosion at the power plant in hawaii
but... biker?
Guglielmo Rezzano Dead
Guglielmo Rezzano it's actually unknown if he died look it up
Biker hid in a vault and is now prank calling Bethesda and collecting letters to get his own Fallout
Loved this video, picked up on alot of things I didnt notice earlier on (like pardo hallucinating)
Im not going to explain, but there is alot of important information that is missed in this video. Good job on the video....but some information is false...
FriggitsXx x Tons of it. I was rushing, didn't read the comics, was trying to form my own ideas of the story without looking it up (bad idea! Lol), etc.
But I appreciate your compliment, and I think the video achieves what it set out to do: give a basic understanding of the story in the game, and it seems to have helped a lot of people, so I'm proud of it.
Thank you for watching!
***** Why you so butthurt about a comment? You don't see me flaming the guy for making a video that has some false information. He even said in his response that he was rushed. I understand now. You made yourself sound like a complete ass. Just in case you haven't figured that your comment makes you a hypocrite.
***** Please go and fuck yourself. Have a nice day.
FriggitsXx x Good thing you still can't prove your bullshit point. Fucking troll
"good thing"
We all thought jake was scarf he's not unfortunately. Jake is just a random person
has somebody noticed that son is in hotline miami 2 even though he killed him self in hotline miami 1 in the jacket ending
That's actually his father, Father. Lol.
Squatch Gaming Official wait isnt his father the man in the wheelchair?
Well, that's Father's Father, so Son's Grandfather. Lol.
I'm glad this existed. I was really confused about a lot of what was going on.
went to play the game and found my save file completely wiped so came here instead to finish the story lmao nice work!
Wow thank you, I literally had no idea of what was going on, not in the slightest.
I had mo clue that Jake was part of the group of soldier
That baffles me
That's actually wrong. They're two different characters. That was my bad. Lol.
Squatch Gaming Official hahaha I just asked something about that before I saw this comment, I was like "wait what?!"
Thanks dude, thanks for explaining the story, now I'm understood.
You're welcome! Glad it helped!
Yeah. it helped me, now I've understood the whole series (sorry for bad grammar)
I love your videos, and I just watched your daniels and jake video which prompted me to notice that you call them the same character in this video. keep up the good work otherwise
Thanks! It all makes so much more sense now
Just finished this game 20mins ago. Immediately proceed to watch this video. Nice presentation. I think I now understood the story
I seem to recall detetective Pardo being in his house when the nuke blows up looking at his gun
You should've mentioned the cutscene when you start Hard Mode with all the characters at the round table.
omg thank you so much for this
This game helps me cope. With a lot. Forever grateful for Hotline Miami and the Tennaton games.
Jacket throws the picture off the balcony in the 1st game near the end.
